Skullcandy Hesh 3 Wireless Over-Ear Headphone - Gray

I've been a loyal Skullcandy fan and user for about 6-7 years now... I don't know what to say right now except I've been heartbroken. I Love this brand too much to want any other and I promote this brand as if I'm a sponsored promoter. But this time I'm just really hurt, I bought 2 of these headphones (1 Gray, 1 Blue), and it's been less than 3 months that both of them has issues... I intentionally got the Hesh because they're durable (always have), but so far, after the blue pair showed battery issues, (which I didn't believe at first because I gave it to my girlfriend and I don't always trust her tech judgement), but now it doesn't charge anymore; and as for mine, the gray pair, although it has no tech problems, it broke when I was only putting it on my head (I'm known for having a large head so I understand the problem, but none of my Hesh 2 broke when fitting my head) I'm sorry for the long review but I'm just really hurt here.Also, if anyone's reading this far, I want you to know that the sound quality is and always be Supreme; the Bluetooth strength is surprisingly amazing; and the battery length and notifications are wonderful (in the gray pair). And this is all due to the fact that it's a genuine Skullcandy creation.Update (October 4th 2022): the first comment was on August 4th 2018. I'm still a proud SkullCandy user to this day with more up to date products, and that is solely due to their dedication to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of their customers! They replaced my broken products every time they needed to be replaced (within their impressively reliable 2-year warranty that comes with EVERY brand new product), all I had to do was submit a warranty claim on their website. Don't hesitate to invest in their products, you won't be disappointed!

The battery life is amazing which I did not expect bc of all the reviews that said it stopped turning on or whatever. I went to seattle for a week and didnt want to bring a charger so I charged it until full before leaving, and by the end of the week, I was still at 80% battery!The sound quality is super clear too. Sometimes i feel like the headphones can be a little bit too loud though but I just have really sensitive ears.Also for the reviews saying the battery life became short over time, that often happens when you use an incorrect charger, or charge a device for too long. When you do that you dramatically ruin your devices battery life so dont do that....!The headphones don't have noise cancellation technology I think...? Or they do, but I think I was able to turn it off which is great because I hate the static sound that comes from electric noise cancellation its really annoying and my ears are really sensitive.I feel like the headphones itself does a pretty good job blocking sound. You can still hear stuff but its mostly muffled.The headphones fit my ears very well, its not too tight and its very comfy! Its not too heavy. It folds nicely and fits in my bag.What I love MOST about these headphones is that they are so freeking easy to pair, they always pair automatically, and its also easy to unpair and pair a new device just by holding the power on. Just read the instruction manual. ALSO it can easily switch to using an aux chord if u are too lazy to spend time pairing. Its super convenient i really really love these headphonesI have seen many reviews about the headphones breaking at the earpiece connector area, so i have been very careful to treat them with care and they have lasted the past few months so I think everything is good in the hood. I will update this review if mine start breaking at the ear connecting piece.

I feel like they chose quantity over quality when actually making the headphones with the materials. Cheap and easily tarnished plastic. Besides that though, the sound quality out of the headphones is wonderful and the battery life lasts forever. The range as well for the bluetooth is really good, and I tend to walk away with them on from the connected device.The first time I bought SC was back in '11 and I got the wired Crushers from that year on Black Friday. Those headphones never got tarnished though, compared to these. I would wear my Crushers while longboarding, hiking, travelling, and they were absolutely great. Unfortunately, they got stolen for me and that is not covered by their warranty so I was in the market for buying new ones. The Crushers I had lasted me 7 years, no problems at all. I hope these ones hold up as well, but I can't be sure since I've only had them for a month now with already having scratches.*UPDATE*26.11.2018They broke when I was trying to put them on. Bought these for work; they are mostly comfortable. I have to wear prescription safety glasses and the headphones tend to squish them into the side of my head.Sound Quality is good; the only thing wrong is part of the plastic on the top side of the left side has snapped. Either due to storage or overuse I’m not sure. Part of the wire inside is exposed now. I expect to have issues with quality soon.Loved these headphones until that happened.Be aware of your storage solutions; make sure they don’t get caught on the lip of a drawer or anything.

Where should I start?I had bought these back in 2019 and had them until 2023. The sound quality is amazing, they fit my head perfectly. The mic quality was high quality as well. I miss them so much. Unfortunately I was in Japan and was walking and put them on my head and the plastic snapped sadly. I miss them so much 😔

Sound and battery life was great but not happy with the quality of the build. Both sides of the headphones that hold onto the speakers broke within 3 months of light use. Home repair worked the first time but now now the side broke and is not repairable. Plastic is very weak on that area should in the pictures.
