The main difference between Charvin Fine Oils and Extra Fine Oil Colors is that the pigments in Fine Oils are milled for about half the time as those in Extra Fine: not quite as meticulously ground but still smooth and brilliant. The toxic and caustic pigments are also removed, replaced with modern, safe pigments of the highest quality and permanence.
