It did have a foam seal on the underside of the cap. Correct count of 120 capsules. The ad touts a higher dosage than most, but that appears to me because the suggested use is 4 capsules a day rather than the single capsule that most suggest. I can’t really tell any difference in these from other magnesium. The price point is $11.69 for 120 capsules. Expiration date was 30 months beyond date of purchase.I encourage anyone to do your own research before taking any supplement and check with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure you won’t have any negative prescription interactions. If researching the internet, check the sites with .org, .edu, or .gov. Any site with a .com is going to try and sell you something.

This supplement serves as an example of how all supplements should be required to be sold- it comes complete with a certificate of analysis, including exactly what is in it and checks for harmful contaminants. The labeling is accurate and reflects what other fly by night companies don't understand. That is that magnesium glycinate is about 13% magnesium by weight, but then label their product as if it was 100% magnesium and even get the wrong numbers on RDA.Not so with Nature's Fusions, everything on the label is 100% accurate and gives me confidence in recommending this supplement.I'll take this magnesium at night and I think it helps me to relax, especially knowing that I have a quality supplement that has been lab verified.

Item arrived with pills open and powder all over the package (bottle). It is not refundable or replaceable. Incredible! I like the products from this company and never had an issue until today. It's unfortunate.
