Defines into bigger curls and is painless detanging too!
I was doubtful that this brush would help as I generally only use a brush when in the shower but used this as a styling brush with leave-in conditioner and a little UG jel on soaking wet hair. Once dry and cast you can see the defined curls. If in doubt about method check internet for the original Bounce Curl brush videos. I was surprised how painless it is to detangle hair in the shower too. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve not used the real one so don’t know how they compare, but it does give volume and defined curls

Works really well forms nice clumps
Helped to form nice big curl clumps that I noticed were a lot less frizzy. Easy to use, brush sections from underneath adding tension to the hair and turn the brush slightly.
