Comfortable Feeding Sessions!
The enhanced posture support is a game-changer, providing optimal comfort for both me and my baby. The firm design of the pillow offers fantastic support, reducing the strain on my back and shoulders during feeding sessions. The wrap-around design ensures a secure fit, promoting a comfortable latch and minimizing the need for constant readjustments.I appreciate the versatility, as it’s not only great for breastfeeding but also perfect for bottle feeding, providing a stable and cozy platform for my baby.In terms of durability, it has maintained its shape and support through regular use, proving to be a reliable companion in my parenting journey.

You need this if you’re just starting breastfeeding
It really became my best friend during the first few weeks breastfeeding. It helps both mom and baby to be in a better position, great support and comfort. It is super adjustable, good for those postpartum body changes. It is lightweight so it doesn’t add up to your baby weight and tehe cover is esdy to wash.you eventually learn and become more confident and probably will not need it for every single feed but for the first few weeks I did use it all the time. I still use it every now and then.

Much better than a boppy pillow!
Love this pillow so much. My baby is bottle fed and it still works so well for bottle feeding. The pillow is more firm and supportive than the boppy and it stays in place better. The back support is also super comfy. I wish we had gotten it sooner. Will definitely use for breastfeeding future babies.

Wayyyyy Better than the Boppy Pillow!
Breast feeding or not, I definitely recommend this pillow! The support it give is amazing! This pillow is nice and sturdy and definitely doesn’t budge or move while in use. It brings a lot of comfort to me and baby while we breastfeed. But even while bottle feeding it gives you support while holding baby to feed. This pillow doesn’t slide down or off your lap while in use, nor does my baby fall between the pillow and I.I love that it has the clip if your want to clip it on, I usually don’t. And the little pocket comes in handy for holding just about anything. 100% recommend this pillow!

Great support
Got this as another effort for help with latching. I think it would have helped but my son was not into it. The material is soft and it also does help with support for bottle feeding. Might be a little clastorphobic for some since it wraps around you but I find it very helpful

Breastfeeding made easier
I always struggled to find the perfect pillow combo to nurse my baby. This is my bf. I take it everywhere (which may be overkill) but it makes life so much easier. The cover is washable and easy to put back on. It has a waterbottle or phone pocket which is a nice and handy addition. The adjustable strap is great for security and stability.Highly recommend!!!

Worth the money!
I am currently breastfeeding my second child. I breastfed my first for a little over a year. I have researched a lot of nursing pillows since that was what I was going to be spending a lot of my time doing. For my first child I decided to go with the Gia Nursing Pillow because I read that the boppy pillows didn’t provide enough support and that babies sink in the pillow easily, causing you to hunch over, etc. I liked that it was designed by lactation consultants and there was a raised side, and of course because of the low price! Once I used it for a while, I didn’t like having to switch it every single time I switched sides, and I found that my baby sunk in the pillow just as much as she would on a boppy pillow. I also didn’t use a cover for it since it was machine washable, and my wedding ring was constantly snagging the stitching all over the pillow. So now, it is being used to prop my baby up, although it’s trickier than a boppy pillow since both sides aren’t the same. With my second child I wanted to invest more into breastfeeding supplies, since that is something very important to me, so why not make it easier on the mom? :) I researched pillows again when I was pregnant to see what other options were out there. I was interested in the Kushies pillow, since it was foam, the baby wouldn’t sink, and I wouldn’t have to switch sides every time. I was weary that it wasn’t machine washable, wasn’t waterproof, and honestly there wasn’t a cover that I loved. If it’s going to be sitting on my couch, and I’m going to be looking at it all the time, I wanted to love it! My husband suggested I get the Brest Friend pillow because of the back support. That was pretty much the deciding factor. I was weary again because the pillow itself wasn’t machine washable, and all the reviewers were saying it was a pain to wrap around you and buckle while your baby was waiting to eat. After using it for almost a month now, I am so glad I bought it! I took the advice of some reviewers and immediately used the plastic packaging as a “waterproof” layer under my soft cover before I even used it. This way I wouldn’t have to worry about a gross foam pillow underneath, since I plan to use this for a while! Placing the plastic packaging underneath does make it a little crinkly, but it’s very minimal compared to knowing your pillow will be protected and clean for your baby. I only really notice the “crinkle” as I’m buckling it around my stomach. My baby sits high (I do the cradle hold), doesn’t move, the material of the cover is really nice and soft, and the raised head supports are a nice touch! Now the only thing that would make this better would be if I had a nursing stool -- but crossing my legs does the trick. Buckling it while your baby is hungry is not that big of a deal--it only takes 5 seconds, and you’re ready to go. I’m thankful for the back support it provides! I haven’t used the pocket yet. I kind of wish it wasn’t there because I don’t use it, but I’m sure it’s helpful for those who use nipple cream, or want to keep something small in there. Looks wise, I don’t really care for it. But again, not that big of a deal when you look at the positives!I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding my first and sought help from a lactation consultant. She was highly against all nursing pillows, claiming none give you the best position your baby needs for the perfect latch. I can totally see where she is coming from. She used waterproof pillows that you use in the hospital after delivery, and would fold them in half, push and shove them until they gave me the best support. I did like using those, and they probably do give you better support and positioning than any “nursing pillow” out there, but I like that every time I buckle the Brest Friend pillow around my waist, I am going to have the same results without any “pushing or shoving”. Quick and easy--very important for me while I’m taking the pillow off and on, off and on, all day long! I hope this is helpful for all you moms out there! Breastfeeding is hard work, and even harder if you don’t have the right tools and support. Let me know if you have any questions…I would love to help!

Best nursing pillow!!
I had tried several other brands of nursing pillows and they were supper uncomfortable or wouldn't stay in place on me and my little one would start to roll off. The belt that adjusts and clips is genius! And it is very comfortable and it has made a big difference in my nursing journey. Will be continuing to use it for all of my future children.

A very nice pillow, but not perfect given the price
I use both this pillow and the momcozy one. The one is more than double the price of the other one but I still got it because I was desperate to make breastfeeding more comfortable as a first time mom. This pillow is nice and firm and I love how closely it fits to the body and doesn't slide off. Great lumbar support and I like the side buckle as it doesn't press on my back. However, I like to feed in bed or on a couch where I'm a little reclined, and this pillow works the best only when you're sitting upright (it still works when reclined, the whole pillow just tilts up, which I don't think is what it's designed for lol). If there's a pillow where you could feed while standing, I feel like this would be the one, but I dare not to try lol. I also like to do different holds to spread the wear and tear if you know what I mean... but this one only works for cradle/cross-cradle where the baby is right across in front of you. It doesn't work for footbal hold because it's so firm and it would be uncomfortable for the baby if half of their body is hanging off the pillow. It's great for when I feed the baby when I'm eating too haha. One last thing, it claims that the flat and firm surface encourages the baby to be alert... It doesn't. My baby has fallen asleep countless times when he's on this pillow... As much as on any other pillow hah

Muy bueno
Está muy cómodo para amamantar, me encanta el respaldo de atras, el único pero que le pondría es que la cubierta es muy caliente y yo vivo en un lugar de clima húmedo caliente, de ahí en fuera no le pongo un pero

Game changer
Our midwives and lactation consultants said just use whatever pillows we had on hand. After a c-section all the pillows weren't cutting it. My back was spasming, my baby was stressed out when we'd try and position her during feeds and I was constantly adjusting and moving all those stupid pillows. This honestly has changed everything. It keeps my babe aligned, it's one-piece so I'm not constantly fussing it. it has back support, it supports my babes head with the two foam bulges on the shelf. I would recommend this to any breastfeeding mama in the early days.

Life Saver!!
I just had my first baby and this product has been a HUGE lifesaver! The easy Velcro snap is great for easy adjustment or if you want to take it off completely. The back part is soft yet firm and provides amazing lumbar support when feeding! The shape ensures there are no gaps between you and baby so they don’t slip between you and the pillow. There are also two little “bumps” on both ends of the main let of the pillow which help elevate babies head to the nipple.Fabric is incredibly soft and the cover can easily be taken off and washed as needed.Even though this product is spendy, it is 1000% worth it! I recommend it to everyone!
