I have been trying this product and it’s been working great for me!

So far so good, love how much this seems to have helped my mental wellbeing and overall sense of happiness. Took a week or two to feel a consistent, noticeable difference in my mood. Unsure if taking it midday makes me feel slightly wired or not, so I’m going to try it first thing in the mornings.

This stuff is not cheap at 2 dollars per serving and unfortunately, I've yet to see any benefits come from taking this supplement. Perhaps with sustained use, one could see benefits, but you'd be shelling out a lot of money whilst keeping your fingers crossed.

I love the combination of Magnesium Threonate and Phosphatidylserine. Both of these nutrients support brain health and cognition. As we get older I feel that not only should be more aware of our body's health but also our brain. I feel like this combo has really helped with my memory. The magnesium is doing double duty with supporting muscle relaxation as well. I am not fond of taking so many pills a day. These 4 with the rest of my daily protocol puts my GI system in distress. So what I have done is divided this suggested dose into 2 doses. I take 2 caps in the morning and 2 in the late afternoon. That seems to work for me. I found the capsules easy to swallow and they were tasteless. I am very familiar with CALM by Natural Vitality products. They have been around for many years, so I have alot of confidence in their quality and trustworthiness. They state their products are non GMO and they try to use organics where possible. One thing I missed is reference to 3rd party lab testing. and the cGMP certification. Overall I highly recommend this Magnesium from Natural Vitaliy. Your dosage can e adjsuted to your needs and still be helpful.

I am a long time user of Natural Vitality's CALM supplement and was excited to order this and see if it would help me to focus while at work.In the past, I have taken magnesium L-threonate to help me sleep and it gives me vivid dreams. I was therefore skeptical if it could also help me focus while awake.I have taken this for a few days with my morning cup of decaf. I noticed that my mind wanders a bit less and I do focus a bit better on my work. I still can be distracted by environmental interruptions but m also able to re-focus easily enough. I find this supplement to be subtle but effective in helping me focus at work.Also, I have a somewhat sensitive stomach. These capsules were easy to swallow and had no strong taste or smell. It did not upset my stomach. The serving size is 4 capsules which I like because it allows you to gradually increase your dose if you are new to taking magnesium.

This is a good brand and well trusted, Natural Vitality. This is a 15 day supply only, so yes it is kind of high BUT if you find that it is helping you focus and your cognitive help/memory then I think $60/month is well worth it. It came sealed well and the powder is unflavored. Mixes and absorbs pretty well. I would much rather try this than go on some pharmaceutical drug for memory loss.

I've been taking magnesium on and off over the past few years and these seem to work well enough as dietary supplements. I didn't have any side-effects and they weren't hard to take.
