From the moment I placed my order, the seller, S R Enterprises, has been incredibly supportive and responsive.The shipping was prompt, and the jeep arrived in perfect condition. The installation process was straightforward, and the seller provided clear instructions, making it a breeze to set up. Very disappointing. Ordered for my grandson. Paid 9.5k for the car. Recd the product on 29th Jan'25. Parts were missing so filed a complaint with Amazon within 2 days of receiving the product. Also followed up with the Vendor. Return window closed on 5th Feb. Parts arrived after much followup on 24th Feb from the seller! Finally the car was completely assembled and so we started the car. Much to our dismay the car began making all kinds of screeching sounds. When we contacted the seller we were infmd to cut away a bit of the body near the wheel as it was coming in contact with the wheel and hence the noise. The seller was aware of the issue with the product but refused to take responsibility of sending us a defective product considering it was purchased for a 1.5yr old child. When I contacted Amazon Customer Care they informed me that the Return window had closed and not willing to consider that the missing parts were only recd AFTER the return window had closed!!Its sad that Amazin has reached this level where they are now selling subpar / defective products on their site. The car cost 9.5k, the product recd is defective and Customer Care is not willing to understand the situation. Makes me feel I have been CHEATED. Shame on You Amazon!!

Very bad product. The main component battery and charger not working, and it's only 6 months since I purchased this item. I was told to give good rating to extend 1 year warranty of the spare parts. But now Seller is not responding to my messages and calls. It's all fake. Will not at all recommend this Seller. This Seller will spoil your kids enthusiasm and interest in driving this car. So big no to buy anything from this Seller. If you buy please be careful with warranty.
