Works
After testing this multiple times, using my cell phone, it does work. But only the back compartment blocked the signal to my cell phone and sent the calls, all twelve of them, straight to voicemail. When I say back compartment I'm saying if you hold the case in front of you looking at the magnetic flap that you open it's the compartment in the back. In the front compartment my cell phone rang every time. In the back compartment it never rang and didn't receive the voicemail notification until I removed the phone from the case. It's also very sturdy and nice looking. In my opinion it's worth the money and I would recommend this case. Especially if you're traveling and want your credit cards, cell phone, and key fobs secure.

Great Faraday Pouch - Only protects in the MAIN pocket with the double magnet flap CLOSED
I had been using RFID wallets in the past and recently found out about Faraday which is even more protective! I chose this nice, slim double pouched rectangular wallet for testing! :0)For under $20, this is a great bargain in my opinion. The double magnet flap works great! The fabric is nice and sleek and the design is nice and simple.ALERT! - ONLY the large, internal pocket works for complete Faraday protection! Additionally, you MUST close the double magnet flap for complete Faraday protection. I will explain my BT test methodology below.Bluetooth Connectivity Testing1. Used my old iPhone 6S that has music downloaded on the phone.2. Turned on my Sony Bluetooth Soundbar.3. Paired iPhone & Soundbar via Bluetooth and started played my music.4. Moved 6ft away - Placed my iPhone in the external/smaller pouch. No protection at all, music is still playing.5. Moved my iPhone into the larger/main pouch landscape wise (entire length fits inside the main pouch), music is STILL playing6. Left iPhone « as is » in Step 5, but closed the magnetic flap, music stopped immediately.I feel that both pouches should have been Faraday protected, instead ONLY the main/larger pouch is protected. Additionally, even if you put items in the main/larger pouch, your items are ONLY protected if the magnetic flap is also closed! If you don’t close the magnetic flap, all of your items are vulnerable in the main/larger pouch.I still recommend this great pouch, but please be VERY aware of the items that I pointed out above and my BT testing. Enjoy! :0)I will be searching for and testing more Faraday products going forward! I’m excited about this concept that is new to me! :0)

CAUTION - NOT for critical-use scenario. Light duty, non-critical use ONLY.
This is not my only Faraday bag, so I'm speaking from experience:This is a lower mid-tier utility bag, suitable for non-critical use scenarios. Yes, it'll stop your cell phone, key fobs, and credit cards from working (when new), BUT it's not robust enough to trust in an emergency or critical use scenario. This is the point I want to drive home. This pouch is made of pleather, and the liner is a thin and "crispy" sounding material... not unlike tissue paper. It isn't double stitched, or double folded. The magnets do close the bag, but could be easily bumped out of place, causing a signal leak. The actual Faraday material doesn't appear to be double layered, it also sounds and feels fragile. I believe the Faraday material itself is therefore prone to failure from deterioration, particularly with regular use.Could it work?:- Absolutely.Could it be prone to failure (particularly) with regular use, in the most inopportune moment?:- Unfortunately, yes.I wouldn't use a budget bag (like this one) for any critical need/use scenario. There's just too much left to chance. The philosophy of use for an item like this simply isn't aligned with my needs or concerns. Does it work? Sure... similar to a bike helmet. It'll do in certain situations. Should it be trusted for preservation of life in a worst-case scenario? I certainly wouldn't trust it. You're going to need more protection if the situation is more severe... which is exactly what folks buy Faraday bags for. (Nobody smart wears a bicycle helmet to a motorcycle accident, if they can avoid it.)While admittedly functional, this item misses the mark for many of the situations that most folks would be buying it in order to avoid. Which is why this item misses the mark. It's simply not what it needs to be, in order to be counted on in critical circumstances.I wouldn't trust my life, well-being, or critical security to this item. In my estimation, it's basically a toy. As such, I wouldn't recommend it.

Buy this NOW!!
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love everything about this product, from the packaging to the quality of the product itself! I’m also very impressed with the magnets as it seals the bag shut completely. This gives me an additional sense of security and I am going to carry it in my purse daily!! I highly recommend!!!
