Too expensive for what turned out to be a childrens book.

Just the job for an easy reader beginner book.

Great little book that gets you involved with learning Italian. I'm a beginner at the language but found this a great way to learn and expand my vocabulary.

Good story, helpful exercises

Outstanding little books for learners of the Italian language. Well organised, punchy and humorous with a cleverly designed, controlled use of words.

I went to the Italian Bookshop in London and asked for a book that really was for beginners as I have been sold other books which are too complicated for me. I have completed two terms, both 10 weeks each, with the Italian Cultural Institute and was able to read this book without constantly referring to the dictionary. A very nice little story (not intellectually draining!) and I feel rather chuffed with myself. Can't wait to start my 3rd term with our excellent teacher.

Enjoyable and easy to read. Lots of additional interesting information about sites in Rome.
