I loved the colour and look of the sofa so I placed an order, it was delivered on time. When I unpacked there was many stains on the sofa so I raised my concerns to the seller that I would like exchange, next day itself I got a call that don’t worry about the stain while stitching it happens please start using it stain will fade away if it won’t will will get it cleaned.They managed to convince me very nicely not to return.After a week I again contacted them for again removal as it was still there and looks really bad, they asked me to install the legs of sofa and they will arrange the person to clean the stains immediately as they asked the address n all. After they confirmed that I have installed the legs, they stopped responding and the person who contacted. No revert of calls or messages.Finally I got in touch with Amazon customer support, they assured me to resolve it by Monday which was 19th August, still no response and I’m writing this to let the seller know that I got messages and calls for 5star review to support small business, this is the support I got and providing my genuine feedback.

Great look added to home by this furniture

They delivered only 2 seater instead of 2+1+1. Shape doesn’t look like petal. Quality is not good. Stripes are not aligned as well
