This steam cleaner is very effective and safe. It came with long spray nozzle, bent spray nozzle, round brush nozzle and fabric steaming tool. Which are all very useful, especially when you want to remove stains on the carpet or clean the splotch on the kitchen floor. No chemical cleanser are needed when you use this, just fill the tank with water and plug in to heat up. Very easy, nice and a time saver.

I really love this one. It comes in with many accessories. I used it to clean my windows, tiles, floors... it heats up quickly and easy to use. The high temperature steam helps to clean those areas between tiles very well. It is a good buy for your house

It made things wet more like a spray bottle of watter than a steam germ cleaner. I didn't use it right away but it was too late to return it by the time I found out it sucked. Good for misting plants. My home iron is more dangerous than this device. At full throttle I was able to put my bare wrist within six inches of the "steam" flow. Any further it was so cold for steam everything I tried it on just got soaked and wet. Even items I used it close up. I would not recommend this to anyone and wish I tried it earlier so I could have returned it

For the restroom and kitchen cleaning I do prefer using this than chemical items. It's healthier and safer. It's easy to operate. And the size is small to be portable. Now it's a very useful and convenient helper in my house.

The filler cap won't come off. We followed the instructions and two people (one only slightly weaker than The Hulk) tried to get it off; the thing is just stuck. There was no customer service number for the manufacturer, just an address to a company in China. I spent extra money to get it here quickly, so I'm super ticked that I can't do the cleaning I need to do today. Luckily, Amazon is refunding everything. It doesn't help me do what I needed to get done today, but at least I'm getting my money back.

This steam cleaner accomplishes hard core cleaning with a pressurized stream of steam. It cleaned dirt and soap scum from my downstairs shower floor that usually takes hours of scrubbing in 20 minutes. It has many attachments and nozzles to accomplish almost any task. The only nit is the power cord is short and limits the reach to about 5 feet. The instructions say not to use an extension cord. For the price this steamer is great.

Just received steam cleaner 2 days ago, and it has already received heavy use. Cleaned car upholstery, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring, and mini blinds with ease. Easy to use with several different attachments, some attachments haven't gotten use as of yet, but they're there. Wish there was an organizer bag for multiple attachments included, but I've been using a store branded shopping bag, which works. The only drawback I see is the size of the reservoir. Had to fill it multiple times, and in doing so have to let new water heat and create steam. All in all, a great, lightweight, inexpensive, light duty, steam cleaner. Highly recommended.

The on/off switch is hard to use with one hand ... the hose leaks. The temperature does not get hot enough to make steam.... I thoroughly do not like this product. I found it exhausting to keep both hands on the on/off switch and deal with a leaky hose.
