The holes do not line up at all. I had to take it all the way apart and start over cause the instructions are not a bit of help. I was at the point where I had to place the top and noticed that it was backwards. I finally got it together. When it was time to put the bracket on the side guess what the holes did line up yet again. I feel that I should receive some money back lol. This is a beautiful item that’s why I gave it one star.

DEFECTIVE!!!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I just opened the box to assemble my TV stand and immediately noticed that one of the 4 support panels is crooked and also chipped in 2 areas. I'm debating if I should even bother to contact Amazon customer support, they used to have the best customer service, but for the past 2 yrs or so I'm not sure what has changed 🙄 the agents have become rude and none of them seem to be equipped to solve your issue or even understand you properly because their English is so poor. 🤔 THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS THAT I HAVE ORDERED A PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM AMAZON AND IT CAME DEFECTIVE, I GUESS THE MANUFACTURERS DON'T CARE AS LONG AS THEY ARE GETTING PAID AND WE AS CUSTOMERS KEEP BUYING.

Looks the same as shown in picture. A little hard to assemble requires 2 people.
