My 9 year old loves these blocks which is the most important part but they are quite small and to make what is on the pictures or a large piece you'll need to buy multiple sets to achieve this. Quite expensive when it adds up as they're not cheap. But overall he loves them

Although the blocks are smaller than expected, this is a fantastic interactive toy they can recreate over and over !

Considering it’s 70pcs the packet was ridiculously small. I had to open to check but the cubes themselves are quite small. Be careful if ordering for smaller kids.

My little ones have no idea of what Minecraft is but this does not stop them playing and enjoying these magnetic blocks.We have had a fair few magnetic building toys for our kids but this one seems a little different and easier to build with. With some magnetic kits there can be an issue with the magnetic poles when trying to join parts together. The parts tend to repel each other due to the same magnetic pole.This kit seems to avoid this by allowing the magnets inside to rotate to whatever natural state they want to so this does seem to allow them to make it easier to securely join the parts together.The by product of this is that my kids love the sound that the magnet makes when it rotates inside. They think that it is gluing itself together when they hear this sound.You get 18 pieces which does no sound much but I guess this could be viewed as a starter or extending set. Set at around £15, it does seem a little expensive but they are built well and have an interesting magnetic rotational sound. Lastly, my kids seem very much addicted to this small block set.The four star rating is really just down to the cost. I wish they were a touch cheaper but the 70 piece set seems better value for money despite the higher initial cost.

Great fun

These are really cool building cubes that are magnetic. They come in an easy to store plastic box. It would be nice if these came with a picture of what you are supposed to build with the blocks as, without guidance, it is difficult to design a house. However my child enjoys Freeform building with them and they call it the Minecraft toy as it has a similarity in appearance to the blocks that feature in the super-popular game Minecraft. It is a shame that there aren’t more blocks in the set as, having only 18 pieces, makes building limited but my child hasn’t bored of these yet!

I recently got these Magnetic Blocks set for my child, and it’s fantastic! The 18 magnetic tiles are colorful, sturdy, and easy for little hands to manipulate. My child loves building different structures, and it’s great for sparking creativity and imagination. It's also an excellent STEM toy, enhancing problem-solving and fine motor skills. As a parent, I appreciate the safe, durable design and the educational value it brings. It’s a wonderful gift for any young child, and it keeps them engaged for hours!

We got 3 sets of these to try and my son loves the. The boxes arrive just as plastic tubs with no pictures, which is a shame as some ideas on how to build would have been good. My son loves Minecraft but didn’t realise this was supposed to be a little building until I showed him the picture on here. The blocks themselves are small but have great quality printing on them so they’re easily distinguishable as Minecraft blocks. The magnets sound like they’re loose inside so you can clip them however you want. They do stay together if you move them about on a surface but not if you try to pick the model up. It’s a shame you don’t get bigger sets for the cost though as the build options are quite limited, even if you do get a mixed pack of blocks, just due to numbers. It looks like the company has lots of different sets though so a good collection to build up!

Die Bausteine halten bombenfest zusammen, was den Bau größerer Konstrukte erleichtert.- Die Vielfalt der Teile fördert definitiv die Kreativität.- Es ist großartig zu sehen, wie meine Kleine ihre eigene kleine Welt erschafft und dabei völlig in ihrer Fantasie aufgeht.- Die Qualität überzeugt: Die Blöcke fühlen sich stabil an und sind offensichtlich für langes Spielvergnügen ausgelegt.- Die Bausteine sind kompatibel mit anderen Kid Odyssey Sets, was einen unbegrenzten Spielspaß verspricht.- Keine scharfen Kanten, keine losen Teile - Sicherheit wird hier großgeschrieben.Contra:- Ich habe keine echten Nachteile zu bemerken, außer dass vielleicht noch mehr Themen-Sets wünschenswert wären, um die Spielwelt weiter zu vergrößern.Mein Fazit:Das Kid Odyssey Magnetische Bausteine Set ist eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, die Kreativität und motorischen Fähigkeiten der Kinder spielerisch zu fördern. Es ist nicht nur ein Spielzeug, sondern ein Werkzeug, das Fantasie in greifbare Realität umwandelt. Eigentlich interessant aber bei manchen halten die Magnete nicht richtig, weil die Magnete nicht an allen Seiten befestigt sind. Etwas zu teuer.

Sohnemann liebt es in Minecraft seine eigenen Welten zu bauen, da lag es nahe dieses Baustein Set zu testen. Im kleinen bunten Karton kam das Set dann auch an, ist recht klein und überschaubar.Die Bausteine sind alle bunt bedruckt und ähneln sehr Minecraft, man kann sich mit den paar Steinen die hier dabei sind echt tolle Dinge bauen. Die Steine selbst halten mit Magneten aneinander, die sind in den Würfeln irgendwie verbaut und nicht zu sehen. Dafür hört man sie aber, im inneren sind scheinbar bewegliche Teile die einen leichten rasselnden Effekt haben. Die Magnete könnten zwar etwas stärker sein, für gelungene Bauwerke reicht das aber.Bisher machen die Steinchen einen ganz guten Eindruck, keine Abnützung oder ähnliches. Ich finde es sehr angenehm mit diesen Magnetbausteinen zu spielen, fühlt sich richtig interessant an und macht einen guten Eindruck. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen.
