This back brace is a must-have for those with back pain, or if you just need the added support for jobs requiring heavy lifting. This brace is adjustable with the normal stretch and pull to secure it around your waist, but then has added velcro straps on each side to fine-tune the adjustment to fit around your waist comfortably.

I find this is very helpful to prevent back injuries, less so for helping with existing back pain.It's a bit taller on my back than expected, but it fits well and stays in place. The materials are good quality and it seems like it will last.I find it comfortable enough to wear under clothes while gardening or doing yard work.

This back brace is quite effective and it was something I very much needed to help support my back and core through various activities. It's extremely simple to use - to put on and take off. For me, it's also quite comfortable and I can wear it for short periods of time or long periods of time with no discomfort at all while wearing it.

So, I've seen others comment on the sizing of this support belt. For me - it fit just fine, but I'm a larger sz 10, heavy through the waist. I wore a size large. That said, it was NOT that comfortable. Perhaps it takes some getting used to? I just didn't feel a ton of relief wearing it. It is supportive, and I'm going to keep using it to see if I just need to get better acquainted with wearing something like this, but I've had it a month and I've worn it off and on that entire time.

Solid brace. It's not going to take a bunch of punishment nor last super long in my opinion, but aside from being a little taller than I expected, I liked it. Will continue to use it.
