Q: To Elaine, can you be more specific re taste, texture, thickness?

I have to wonder whether Elaine has ever tasted gooseberry jam before. This is a decent jamThick not runny, berries are mostly entirely cooked down. My only criticism it that is a sweeter and less tart than I prefer. But given how difficult it is to find gooseberries where I live it is good.
