Wow!! Very pleased with this product. Nice and sturdy but also flat packs to a hand size to go on holiday or away days. Not sure what the large black strap is for as no instructions for that. But clear instructions for everything else. Very happy with purchase. Thank you!!

Sturdy and a great help for my grandfather, the side pads are difficult to fit to the bowl without movement took quite a lot of adjusting, easy to assemble, height adjustment if you need it lower, great price.

I bought this for my mother. It doesn’t fold or at least the one I received doesn’t. However, as she needs it all the time it’s fine. It arrived quickly, assembled easily and died the job it’s supposed to do.

This is a sturdy unit BUT only if you use the black tension strap provided. Without it you will struggle to make it firm enough to use without wobbling etc. Unfortunately the instructions don't list the strap and therefore it can be easily overlooked - but fitting and tensioning it above the toilet between the back legs of the frame adds the required rigidity and makes the cushioned side supports tighten properly. Otherwise the product is well designed, easily adjustable and made of good quality materials.

Brilliant product works a dream

We bought this item for my mother-in-law as we live Together the only problem is as the only mail in the house it’s very difficult to sit in because the sides press up against your legs and I do find it uncomfortable other than that it shows the purpose it was bought for.

After reading many reviews, we settled on this toilet rail for use with an elongated toilet. My 85 year old mother-in-law is very happy with it and finds it extremely helpful. It is great that it is adjustable and after a bit of fiddling with the screw-in support pads, we were able to make it very sturdy. The bathroom is small and there was not much room to fit in a rail, but this one worked. Would recommend!
