Mine doesn't come with the power bank and earphones, just the cellphone

I was impressed by this phone, but the first time it needed to be rugged--it didn't.My wife put it through the washing machine. Completely by accident, but there you have it. Side load machine, it was submerged about 6 inches deep and went through a cycle that's 45 minutes. All the ports were sealed up, but water still got in. The screen and casing are still fine--absolutely no physical damage--but there's water inside. It powers up, and then turns itself right back off again--and while it's powered on I can see drops all along the inside of the screen.Hopefully a few days in a bag of rice will cure it, but for now I'm without a phone. Which gives me no faith that this phone would work after anything more serious than a rainshower.

I've owned this phone for a few months now and will say that it all in all is a very good phone. Haven't dropped it yet, but I'm sure that time is coming.The only real issue I have with the phone is that the flash light has stopped working dependably. It does work, just whenever it wants too as apposed to when I want it too. This also means that the flash on the camera doesn't always work either. For me this is not an issue as I don't use the camera or flashlight much if at all.Everything else about the phone seems very robust though. have had no other issues at all.
