on the white swivel part pins are not any good. Pins bad, no power
On the white swivel part pins are not any good. Pins bad, no power. We use on a Dolphin 200. Worked for about 30 minutes, it quit, took apart the white swivel and the pins were bad, not touching the main source for the robot to run. CHEAP made for what it costs!!

Failed after a few cycles
Like others that I read AFTER purchase, mine only worked a cycle or two and doesn't work any more. I thought it was actually strange that my dolphin was cleaning backwards up the walls, but realized there are issues with compatibility and wiring and pins that do not connect. Frustrated as it's now over 30 day window for a return.

2-pin Dolphin cable failure
This power cable worked for 2 cleaning cycles, then failed.I opened up the main unit to check that nothing had come loose and to make sure it was dry (1st picture) -- everything looked perfect.Then I opened up the swivel connector (2nd picture) and found the center floating pin was pushed and could not make contact with the conductive plate.I expected at least a couple of years of use for $175.This is extremely poor fabrication quality.I'm hoping Amazon will allow a return

Swivel lasted 1 day
I installed the cord to my Dolphin pool cleaner per the instructions that came with it. The cleaner stopped working after 1 pass across my pool. I found a spring missing in the swivel connector that is inline of the cord . I used my old cord comming from my unit to the swivel part of the new cord. Line works great now. Poor quality control at the manufacturer is my guess.

Worthless
Bought the first cord, quit working after 2 weeks. Pins not good. Ordered a new cord, after a month, has stopped working again and I can’t return it. Do not waste your money, pure junk.

The cable only lated a few months just over the return time.
The cable didn't last very long just a little over return time the problm was the swivel mechanismhad ffailed resuluting in no power goin to the robot. Needles to ay I am very disappointed.

Incorrect website description
The product description is for A dolphin, quantum replacement cable, by the pictures you can see it does not fit. The third hole is sealed off, not allowing for a connection
