Worked out great to support 18000 BYU unit. Mounting bracket hole spacing is 13.5 Inches c-c.

I requested this mini-split support stand for review.Although this stand was designed for use with a mini-split or air conditioner, I will be using it to hold a koi pond filter set up off the ground. I will put a piece of outdoor-rated plywood on the stand to act as the platform.The stand is very sturdy and straightforward to assemble. I liked that the leg height can be adjusted.A nice sturdy well-made stand for a mini-split, or whatever else it might be used for.

This is rather easy to assemble, and the result is a pretty sturdy support, I believe the 440 lb. rating. Great design to accommodate a large gamut of footprints for A/C units. The height is also adjustable with sliding bolts attaching the frame to the legs. It also makes it easy to level the unit, if needed. The build looks good, everything protected by powder coating.The legs have disks at the base to distribute the load over a larger area. For the size and weight of the units this stand accommodates, the area of these disks may not suffice without a solid platform underneath, I would not risk placing this directly on the ground, nor on compacted gravel.
