My 7 stone doodle absolutely LOVES his bed. It is by far the best purchase I have ever made for him in the whole 12 years I’ve had him.The quality is fantastic - so thick and totally supportive for his body weight and joints. Really easy to remove and replace cover after laundering. Waterproof beneath cover. Yes quite a few pounds but as they say…. You get what you pay for and this is worth every single penny!!

Looks stylish for a dogs bed ,very firm mattress, comes wiv a waterproof cover to protective also alovly fitting cover ,very pleased ,expensive for a dog bed but think it's worth the money for the quality and my fur babies comfort.even the cats love it

After weeks of searching for an orthopedic bed for my 6 month old golden retriever. I decided on this bed because of the thickness and got the largest size for him so he can grow into it and has loads of room to stretch out. I have to say it exceeded my expectations! Its literally like a mattress, it's so comfy I have even joined him on it for cuddles a few times, it's so thick and supportive. He is super happy with it so to me it's worth every penny!

Our 13.5 year old lab LOVES this bed. She's riddled with arthritis and previously had a 3 inch egg-crate memory foam mattress. This is worlds apart and feels like a human mattress. It'a very dense foam which doesn't collapse. The water resistant cover is much thicker than I thought and the outer cover is a nice peachskin finish. Unfortunately it didn't match our decor, so with winter coming I bought a single sized 'teddy fleece' fitted sheet (also from Amazon) which fits the higher end perfectly, and is the correct width. I just folded the excess length under at the wall end. Makes for easy washing every week and it can be changed for a cooler version in the summer. I also bought two standard size sheepskin rugs which fit perfectly on top and have made it incredibly luxurious - by human standards, never mind dog standards! I only set it up a few minutes ago and she's asleep and snoring already. The two other labs are very interested in it but currently respecting the OAPs space. If she moved over there would be plenty of room for at least one more, all three would squeeze on at a push. I think I'll need to buy a second one for the other room! I don't really have space without moving a few things around, but it's such a lovely bed I think it's worth doing. I almost bought a very similar bed on here which was more that twice the price. Glad I decided to try this one first! Can't recommend it enough.

So quite a few people answered my question about whether or not the bed would withstand a Dane digging on it. I thank you for helping me make up my mind about buying this bed. I’m glad I did she loves it. It’s well made and although I do believe she will make her mark on it or a hole in it thefabric is pretty durable too. For those dog owners with diggers I will review again in a month or 2. Her last bed lasted 3 month so watch this space.It is very easy to wash and spot clean. At first I thought this was very expensive , now I've had one for over a month I'd pay 3 times as much , don't know what I'd do without it . My 12 year old Dalmatian Radley has mobility issues , he absolutely loves thus bed and it gives him the support and comfort he needs . Radley is a big dog but the bed is perfect size and lots of room for him to stretch out . He would have the odd accident and the fact that the bed is waterproof is a God send .So happy for me and him that I made the decision to buy this couldn't be without it .

Good quality bed and the covers are easy to put on. The waterproof cover is quite noisy so not using that. Labrador for scale.

I read loads of reviews for this and other similar dog beds .... this one seemed to get good scores .... this bed was for my old English bull mastiff.... she loves it ... probably could of got the next size down but she loves it in her old age ..... it seems well made and its just a simple job of putting the mattress protector on then the washable cover

I recently got this Dog Bed for my pup, and it’s been a total hit! The size is perfect for my dog—plenty of space for him to stretch out and get comfy. The memory foam is super supportive, which is great for his joints, and the waterproof liner makes it super durable. Our dog was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia, and a memory-foam dog bed came highly recommended for her comfort. After doing research, we learned that recommendations for the best beds included a base that was about 8 inches and that size should be generous to allow for stretching out. We measured our dog, nose to tip of tail, and went on the hunt.This bed came recommended in many review articles around the web, as being a high-quality bed that responded to dysplasic hip needs. Other beds were cheaper - and that cheapness showed. They skimped on base thickness (the average being a mere 4 inches) and size.This bed was more expensive than others, but it was nearly the only bed we could find that had the recommended thickness and size for best comfort within a price range that was acceptable, so we took the plunge.The bed arrived very quickly, and setup was incredibly easy. It took about 24 hours for the foam to fully reach its true size. The foam base is about 7 inches and nicely solid yet not firm, so our dog can be comfortable without sinking in too deep. The base has a waterproof liner protecting it, which is a bonus. The outside cover is well-made, with a zipper that allows for easy removal and washing.The size is fantastic, and our husky can stretch out with room to spare. In fact, my husband pointed out the size was so great that we ourselves could even curl up comfortably on the bed with a blanket! (Not that we would, but we could if we wanted to!)The dog took to the bed quickly and is quite happy. So are we - a few days after purchasing this bed, we purchased a second one to use in our bedroom, so the dog has a great place to lie down no matter where she is in the house.
