Especially considering how much does it cost. Came rolled, gained for pretty quickly, within a day. There was a smell for one full day either but we let it sit and had windows opened, so unless you are sleeping in this room this day it is not a problem, but rather expected.Extra firm as claimed, good look and feel, you have to be minding to not sit long time on corners since there it seems returning its form back then a bit slower. Otherwise all is good, memory foam to an extent. My back is grateful, really great value for money. Sleep quality has greatly improved.

My elderly father with mobility and back problems required an extra firm mattress. I had researched but it is really hard to get a feel for the item when buying online , and the descriptions are not always as accurate. I emailed the seller and chatted to Catherine in the customer services team, explained my requirements, she was very helpful, supportive and understood my needs. Once it had expanded, I was really pleased it looked and felt good, sitting /lying on it is was definately extra firm, and the measurments were exact. The ulimate sleep test , the mattress got 5 stars from my very fussy father! Thank you so much !

Never expanded to 30cm height. Maximum was 27cm fully inflated so also lacking 3cm top comfort layer. As shown only 25cm high when laying down 11.5 stone in sleep position.Collapsed on edges under slightest pressure as there is no 'edge support' of any kind.No edge padding also means springs stick out & are clearly visible and materials (steel) quality is very weak and thin... so very poor support.Pictures say it all.I'm not saying 'buy branded' and spend many hundreds £££ but we are comparing our current £250.00 30cm (non branded) hybrid that is 5 year's old but still firm, well padded but just starting to 'dip' a little.I wanted to like it but it was dismal and made (down) to a price - Not made to lastGood points? ...Returned and received immediate refund.Amazon please print this.All my comments are factual and accurate. Not saying a bad seller - but this is a bad product.

arrived very fast, although the box was opened i thought it was strange, i put on bed left in situ for 24hrs, and i can honestly say its very comfortable, i slept like a king extremely happy with my purchase and would definately recommend this mattress to everyone thanks

I think if you're going to buy one of these, whether memory foam or the pocket springs, I'd recommend you don't go for the pocket springs.I didn't like this mattress one bit, I knew something was up when it arrived rolled up in a oddly medium sized box.I don't understand why a mattress like this needs to be rolled up, a lot of places do it, I hate it.Okay, the pocket spring mattress, what I don't like about it, is the fact it's very unstable, like there's no firmness whatsoever to it and that's a big deal for me personally.I want to be able to sit on the edge of my bed and put my socks or slippers on or whatever and not completely sink into the bed.That's not just the worst of it either, the worst of it is the fact that me and my husband both find it uncomfortable.So AVOID!
