This crochet set was the top item on our daughter's Christmas wish list and for the most part we are happy with it. The set comes packaged nicely in a box and was easy to wrap (always a plus for gifts). I do love how much was included in this set. There was everything you need to start crocheting, and that was awesome. We didn't have to buy anything additional to start crocheting. My only real issue was that the tutorials were a little hard to access. I was honestly hoping they would just be on YouTube somewhere so that my daughter could pop them on our TV anytime, but they are on a specific website and you have to use the access code to get to them, so she has to borrow our phones or laptop to get to them. They were also a little difficult to follow for a beginner, especially a child. Even I had issue following some of them because I don't have any experience with crochet work. My only feedback would be that they should make them a little more beginner friendly with some of the terminology etc. Overall though, we are happy with this purchase. They were good for the price and I know once my daughter gets the hang of things, she will really love this set!

The box is very cute and sturdy and the packaging is very durable. The yarn balls are a good size too; the yarn balls come in a variety of colors and they don't cheap out on the amount. A lot of tools and other accessories are provided which I like. The tutorials could be a bit better, a little too fast and short for my liking but they cover a lot of the beginner skills. I also really like the small travel bag they give so you can knit wherever.

The kit has everything you need to get started. The tutorial videos are well done and simple to follow. The bag is great for storing everything. Lots of space but also compact for easy portability.The yarn itself does tend to unravel easily especially since as a beginner I undo and redo stitches often since I am learning.The kit was missing the safety backs to the eyes. I reached out via email twice but have not heard back regarding a replacement for those.I also reached out to their [email protected] to see if they sell just skeins of yarn to color match what comes in the kit for ongoing projects but still no response back.Overall, great beginner kit so long as you don’t need their customer service.
