Love this sharpener.. Have gone through quite a few and finally settled on a whet stone. Worked fine but this - this is easy to use and sharpens beautifully! No question about the quality and ease of use. I finally have all my knives sharpened well.

I don't often write product reviews but this sharpener has me raving! I have always relied on my own ceramic rod and honing tool but it was getting annoying and the results using my tools were less than ideal so I had to take my knives to the pros to get it done right. I discovered rolling sharpeners are a thing and while there are plenty on the market, thought the bogoni was worth a shot and I am happy I chose it. The sharpener is super easy to use and the resulting edge is so satisfyingly sharp and flawless. Buy it and try it, I highly recommend it!!

I am a chef in South Carolina. Specifically seafood and steaks. The shell pieces in seafoods and cardboards etc really do a number to my high $$$ knives. With this sharpener, you’re able to grind off all the old ridges and burrs that metal has caused and then sand down the sharp edges. I don’t feel unsafe sharpening. It’s very safe and easy to use. The build is durable because of the inventors method. It’s the most effective sharpener I’ve had because you’re able to very quickly sharpen to the type of blade edge you desire. I will be buying many more sets of these. I already have 2. It’s fast and the perfect size.

Really easy to use and gets my knives razor sharp! Works on my big clear and even my small pairing knives! I got rid of my wet stones.
