Stiff
Installed these on a Husqvarna rz4824. The fit was fine, they're the same size physically as the OEM that came off, but these are so stiff that I almost can't move the handles anymore.

Does it work??
So it does work BUT it is not very fluid so when you use on zero turn it takes a lot of force to change direction. After a month of use its a little better but I would Not buy these again. Used it on a husqvarna zero turn. So my review was noticed, I appreciate that. Vendor offered to refund my cost. I received my refund so I am changing my review to 3 stars.

DO NOT BUY
literally so stiff that my zero turn is undrivable. You almost can’t even pull the control handles back to stop. Extremely UNSAFE and will NOT even remotely work.

Tightens up loose steering
My original dampers have gotten loose over the years. I ordered these for my Husqvarna IZ5223 Zero Turn mower. They fit fine and have stiffened up the steering. It's not as jerky now.

Reverse is too stiff - slows down turning
I installed these on my Husqvarna MZ54 but now reverse is slow and super stiff compared to other zero turn mowers. I should have bought the overpriced Husqvarna OEM steering dampers.

Damper for steering on zero turn mower
The steering on my Husqvarna RZ4623 zero turn mower has been a little weird over the past few years and I thought it may be a sign one or both pumps may be going bad. As I am not a mechanic but more of a read and learn type & I found that the steering damper may be bad and sure enough after changing these the steering, and the forward and reverse on my mower is now super tight like the day I first got it. These were not hard to install on my particular mower, it took about an 1 hour total doing it completely by myself. These will make a difference if you have any significant play in the steering bars when the mower is just sitting still, which is the tell tell sign these are bad. Just make sure before ordering that these will fit your mower as they are for specific makes and models. Overall I would definitely recommend the product to anyone having issues with their zero turn mowers steering bars.
