These are good patches, you can feel them penetrating the knee , slight help with pain.

For a start they crinkle and curl up when you try to peel the backing off.Then if you do manage to get one on to your knee - it will fall off in next to no timeThey gave me no pain relief whatsoever and I eventually finished up with a rash on my knee
