Nice Color

I was glad this polish was in stock because the color is great. Great for the Fall!!

This polish is a really pretty shade of sage/teal. It is classy and not too shouty of a color. The brush and polish quality were nice and made things easy to apply. It is not as pearlescent as the pictures of the product seemed to imply. I added gold foil and sally hansen’s crystal top coat for a little extra shimmer accent, and used Essie gel couture as top coat. Seems durable but will update if it lasts under a week!

LISTING all PROS FIRST, as this was what I was looking for, but please note the ONE caveat at the end.PROS:SEMI-TRANSLUCENT! - I am NOT fond of the WHITE OUT look of many French manicures. Like it's white paint. I wanted something to have a bit of translucency so it looks like my nail tips are just natural, but whiter, THIS IS IT!I JUST use ONE light coat as I want a REALLY natural look. I like the semi transparency. If I want WHITER, I just add another coat.COLOR - AGAIN, it's not a BRIGHT white, so looks more natural. So if you want a WHITE WHITE, like paint, this isn't it. I love how it makes my nails look natural, but BETTER.INGREDIENTS - LOVE it doesn't have the BAD chemicals I DON'T WANT in it!CONSISTENCY - OK here is where it's both a pro and con, the caveat I warned about. IT IS VERY MILKY. It's not thick at all, which is good in a way, easy to apply, but just putting a bit on with my nail held up, it started sliding down from the very tip. BUT SIMPLE. Do your nail and then just hold your hands DOWN for a minute or two and it will set enough to not slide down your nail. TRUST ME. SO WORTH IT! SO FAR, it's lasting VERY WELL and I just put two coats of Revlon's regular clear nail polish over it.LONG-LASTING? - Well, I did just get it, but of course I use a clear top coat and I think THAT is what really determines how long your polish lasts. It's all about the top coat over it.PRICE - RIDICULOUS at some of the prices of a white polish! This was not only very reasonable, BUT I liked it better than the much more expensive ones AND it doesn't have the bad chemicals!AS THIS HAS ALL THE PLUSES I WANTED, the one about just holding hands at your sides for just a few minutes is NOT A BIGGIE! I LOVE the consistency because it IS so milky and translucent and VERY easy to put on.THIS IS MY FAV of ALL the whites for French Manis I have found. LOVE THE LOOK.
