Broken handles on mugs
Case of 48 needed for an order. Open and 6 of the mugs have the handles broken completely off. These six mugs were all in different areas of the shipping box, so it wasn't like the mugs close the bottom / top / sides, they were in the middle of the 48 mugs. Now I have to hope that I can order 6 more mugs and get them in time for the order to be completed, that would have been done a week ahead of time if it weren't for the 6 broken mugs.
