Intrepid International Driving Whip, 53-Inch

This is a driving whip, and they are intended to cue your horse, not beat it. So like other very expensive driving whips, it is brittle. But what a good buy. I bought it for my granddaughter, so if she breaks it, which is very easy to do, it won't be a tragedy. The lash is rather long, but that can be adjusted. It has a nice appearance and weight.

Since this is a gag gift , it more than meets quality....arrived promptly.

As soon as I walked up to the porch I saw the tube had been taped, and I remembered another reviewer said their whip arrived broken as well.Very frustrating.

This is a decent lightweight driving whip, and a good length for driving my medium pony. However, the packaging was totally inadequate, and it arrived broken. I returned it, and purchased the same item from a different seller, who sent it in a mailing tube. The item itself was as described and good quality, but lightweight driving whips are quite fragile and can't just be thrown in the mail unprotected.

I ordered the whip to help when I need to move my cows. It broke after about two uses. It was flimsy and light weight so it would not pop. Next time I buy something of this sort, I will want to buy it at a store where I can see it first.
