Bought 3 of these as stocking stuffers for my sons' cars. They all use them.

I bought an orange and a blue one for my orange and blue cars. It could protect your shift handles from scratches specially if you wear rings. But surely, who cares! This thing is just hilarious and really serves no purpose but to elicit giggles from your passengers.

I thought this was going to be super cheaply made, but it’s actually pretty nice, feels good on the shifter of my vw beetle. Now my boyfriend wants one

WHen my now 12 yr old was an infant, he threw a sock to the front seat of the car. I put the sock on the shift knob of my car so I wouldn't lose it. The sock stayed there until it fell apart many years later. Then we had a small happy meal stuffed animal that took its place as a reminder of my son. WHen I got a new-to-me car and the small stuffed animal didn't fit anywhere. Now, I have a hoodie that fits on the shift knob and it reminds me or my son and how he threw a sock at me once. Plus the hoodie is fun to dink with and my son likes it too...so there's that.Not a needed thing, but it reminds me of my son.

The quality of this micro-hoodie is top notch.What a neat little accessory to give your vehicle character. From a practicality standpoint, it gives the shift lever a warm feel on cold mornings and gives a level of protection from wear and tear. I can’t imagine someone seeing this in use and not wanting one if their own. Cool little addition to personalize your vehicle.
