Good budget manometer for occasional use by those who understand its use
This is a manometer with differential inputs for measuring under 3 psi or 83 inches of water. If that first sentence sounded like Greek, then you probably don't need this gauge. This is a specialized instrument for measuring low pressures, often in air handling systems. It is a good choice if you have an occasional need for making such measurements. While I am sure it is a fine piece of equipment, you'll probably want something that looks a bit more professional if you use this type of equipment on a daily basis. As shown in the accompanying photograph, the gauge I received still had the protective plastic film on the LCD screen under the plastic window, which has been removed here so I could remove the plastic film. Hopefully this was something that slipped by inspection and not typical of what is shipped.I did not have an opportunity to check this gauge against another for accuracy. I will update this review if I find inaccuracies when I have the opportunity to do a comparison.

Solid
Wasn’t sure about quality at such a low price. But it worked flawlessly.

Perfect For Checking The Propane Pressure On An RV
This instrument is used for measuring low range vacuum and positive pressures. I have used a manual, water type manometer for decades. Mainly for measuring the LP pressures on campers. This is a simple and easy to use digital device. The small size makes it convenient to store. It requires a 9 volt battery (not included). The directions are pretty straight forward. On top of the unit where the two barbed fittings are located, they are marked + & -. +/Plus would be for testing positive pressure. The -/negative fitting is for checking vacuum pressures.I did a calibration test using my water type meter (very accurate…and is typically what is used for calibrating a digital device). The test was spot on. My primary measurements for an RV will be in “water column inches.” For that, 11 water column inches is equivalent to 0.4 pounds of pressure (PSI)…so less than ½ pound of pressure. After doing a quick test on the propane system on our camper, the reading was prefect. For most folks, you will need to assemble a few pieces of different size tubing that you can connect as needed to the meter. It does include 2 short pieces of 1/8” ID tubing and a threaded/barbed fitting.I can’t speak to the longevity of this instrument, but for now I am very pleased.MY PERSONAL COMMENTS:I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. We are provided the opportunity to order (free of charge) many items that are new to the market, or where a seller just wants some additional exposure for their product. We are NOT required to review every item in exchange for using it. I personally only order products that are important to me (items I can use), or items that I have the ability to properly test (I have lots of test equipment) so that I can provide an honest evaluation & review (and not always a 4 or 5 star) based upon my use and testing of the product. Thanks…feel comfortable with any information I provide in a review.

Nice digital manometer
Pretty nice digital manometer. The case and button arrangement is a little different from another one that I already own, but it operates in exactly the same way. Backlight is nice and bright, which makes the display easy to read in dark situations. Used this to tune my natural gas valve on my furnace, but actually found that my inlet gas pressure was too low, so I'll need to call the gas company to get that fixed. Measured the inlet pressure on my hot water heater as well, same value. One negative for me is it uses a 9V battery, which isn't all that common these days, and didn't include one (had to purchase separately). The battery door is a little tight to get off, and when they assembled the case, they left the protective plastic on the LCD screen. Despite these small flaws, it is still a great product.

Precision Meets Misdirection: A Tale of Two Pressures
Upon purchasing the Digital Manometer, Professional Air Pressure Meter Differential Pressure Gauge with Dual Ports, I was initially skeptical of the listed pressure range of ±2.99 PSI, suspecting a typographical error. However, to my surprise, the specification was accurate. This instrument is indeed engineered to measure very low-pressure differentials with an extraordinary resolution of 0.001 PSI. For a device at this price point, such precision is commendable, and in this regard, it undoubtedly deserves a 5-star rating. However, my experience was tarnished by what I perceive as misleading marketing on this product page. The promotional graphic titled "Wide Applications" depicts the gauge in settings typically associated with much higher pressures. This representation led to a misjudgment on my part regarding the gauge's capabilities.Regrettably, the ±2.99 PSI range does not align with my requirements, and I find myself in possession of a tool with limited utility for my applications. (My inability to return this product only compounds my disappointment.)The gauge's touted "wide applications" seem, in my case, to be a misnomer. I am left to ponder the scenarios in which the differential measurement feature might prove beneficial, though such opportunities appear to be few and far between for my purposes. In light of this, I extend an invitation to fellow customers: if you have found diverse and practical uses for this gauge within its specified pressure range, I encourage you to share your experiences. Your insights could prove invaluable to myself and others who have encountered similar confusion. Your contributions could illuminate the true versatility of this device, potentially rectifying my current understanding of its application scope.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars for a seemingly great product with misleading marketing.

Cost effective manometer
I occasionally have a need to measure smaller differences in pressure - this is perfect. I have not been able to test its accuracy or calibration, but it does well at what I need even before I get to do that. It needs a 9 volt battery to operate- being rechargeable would be nice but would also bump the cost up. really useful.
