When I went to High School they were called "Fiesta Sticks" before they were Crispitos. Just as everyone else here, I, too, thought they were made of beef. When I cooked it, they looked and tasted like beef to me even though it's chicken and chili flavored.They tasted okay microwaved, but it became like the school when you bake it. I used a Pizza oven Pizzazz wheel cooker thing to bake mine.I would have taken a picture but I ate it and I'm too full to make another haha. If you search for "Tyson crispito" on youtube by the channel name "timecapsulereviews" then you'll see what it looks like cooked, not the picture you see on this page.What we did as kids in school is put mozzarella cheese sticks inside the crispito or add taco/hot sauce or both to enhance the flavor.Good stuff!

This is our 2nd box of them. When my wife first got pregnant she had this odd craving for some high school crispitos. We went to the extreme to message nutrition specialist with the high school district. We finally decided to purchase the first box and it was life changing. About 17 other family members showed up for the crispito party. Wife is pregnant again so already had to order box number 2 of them.

These were delicious!! They taste just like the ones at school, that's what my son says.

We have always loved them but they are a bit expensive

Bought from FoodserviceDirect Inc, packaged well in a disposable cooler w/ dry ice and shipped relatively quickly. The chicken chilli Crispitos were just like I remembered. Pair them with some Rico's cheese sauce and Spanish rice and its just like back in school.These last in the freezer very well.

Tastes just like market day. I’m actually getting ready to buy another box of them.

I used to eat these as a kid when my parents bought them from Market Day. They are just as I remembered, easy to prepare, tasty and consistent. They're not gourmet, but that's not why you buy them. Cook them up in 2 minutes, add some cheese and salsa and you have a good quick meal.
