I’m a diabetic on an extreme low carb no refined sugar diet. I discovered these chocolates which are only sweetened with Monk fruit extract. No sugar alcohol which is important to me.I enjoy one chocolate in a day and these are unbelievably fabulous!I was not thinking when I ordered this set in the summer. The last time I bought some was in the winter. Oh my, what have I done. Chocolate doesn’t travel well in summer. I thought. Oh well, they are all individually wrapped another perk I like since I take a long time to go through a bag, so I thought if they are melted I can still rip the little package that embraces my decadent treasure and simply pull it out and devour it. Yes, chocolate is that important to me!To my surprise this company sent my lovely sweets in a small cooler complete with ice pack. I kid you not. I can’t say enough about this company’s dedication towards supplying this grateful customer with one of the only indulgences she allows herself.

This is not a complaint.I just wanted to let you know even though you sent the chocolates in a cooler (adorable) with an ice pack, the chocolates were melted. This extreme heat we have been experiencing her in CT over the past 6 weeks has been horrible. I placed the cooler in the refrigerator and overnight the chocolates harden. They're delicious!! They don't look like peanut butter cups but rather turtles. No worries. I thought you would like to know.

These are scrumptious and should be eaten slowly for full enjoyment. Great for those watching their sugar and/or weight.

These are really good if you like the peanut butter/ chocolate combo and don't care for a very sweet tasting chocolate. Unlike most similar products, they do not contain any allulose or inulin which act on a lot of people like sugar alcohols so they get extra points for that, especially if you struggle with gastrointestinal issues. They are sweetened only with a small amount of monkfruit. The result though is that they are not very sweet at all. Almost tastes unsweetened.

The bark is much better as far as taste and texture. Of the peanut butter cups, the dark chocolate has a synthetic bitter taste, which puts it at the bottom of the list. The white chocolate is my favorite and the milk chocolate is 2nd as far as taste. If you can't have sugar and have to be low carb/keto, these are one of the healthiest or cleanest options I've found as far as the ingredients list goes. These are considerably smaller than a standard peanut butter cup, are wrapped individually, with 6 in each package. I agree with others that the price is very steep for the amount of product you get. I think a good portion of that cost goes to all the extra packaging and its' aesthetics. After all, there is also the zippered case with a handle that it comes in when you order multiple packages, which is also customized with their name and Logo. Packaging is a bit unnecessary. My first order arrived melted despite the fact that the sender had included one frozen gel pack that was completely thawed. My 2nd order was sent with a gel pack on the bottom and on the top. They were thawed, but my chocolates were okay that time. I just received an order which came in a soft mailer envelope this time without any gel packs. The product arrived soft and smooshed. I put mine in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and they hardened back up. The recipe maybe could be improved, so that the chocolate is firmer and holds its shape. As is, it seems to contain a lot of oil which tends to melt the instant your fingers come in contact with it. The peanut butter just tastes like pure organic peanut butter with nothing added, except some salt, which is preferable in my own opinion; however, it also is soft and oily adding to the issues mentioned. I'm trying to think of a good additional ingredient that would help firm up the texture and absorb some of the oils, such as fine coconut flour. If so, then a little more monk fruit could be added to increase the "sweetness" a tad, off-setting the bitterness. I'm no chef, and I'm sure the creators of this product spent quite some time and money trying to come up with the healthiest and tastiest gluten-free, sugar-free, sugar alcohol-free, keto-friendly version of a peanut butter cup...and I, for one, appreciate it. Hopefully, they will heed the comments made and continue working to improve upon their products and make it more affordable in the process without compromising quality. The flavored nut butters are tasty and spread easily. I don't think they need to be improved, but do need to be more affordable. My whole household wants to consume it, but it would be gone in one day! I have to ration it.

I've been keto for around 4 years. I'm a 51 yr old 100% dude. I pretty easily maintain 170lbs down from 275 at my heaviest. Not ever was the biggest chocolate chocolate fan, kinda prefer white chocolate and these are really good. I try a lot of stuff for kicks and giggles and rarely immediately reorder but i did on these. Didn't give me crazy gas or send me to the restroom (I ate one whole pack at once). Shipping came in a little cooler with some ice packs! Thank you very much!Now I'm ordering several more and about to try the white choc lemon!

Ordered a 2 pk of the Choczero PB cups. Cups were packed in a bag at the factory, and then Choczero package them inside another bag and shipped this through the USPS. The cups were completely smashed and flattened upon arrival because they were very poorly packaged for shipping. Wrote to Choczero about them being smashed and that they should have packaged the product in a cardboard box for shipping, even sent them this same picture as showing in this review. Within hours Choczero refunded my money, so kudos to them for that very quick response. However, Choczero stated in their response "A one time melt refund should show up on your order within 3-5 days as compensation. Please be aware we can only offer this refund once as we unfortunately do not have any direct control over whether a delivery worker follows package instructions.". Wish Choczero would have taken responsibility for the fact that they were wrong in how they shipped the product because it wasn't that the cups were melted, the cups were completely smashed and not edible, and especially not giftable which is what I planned on doing. Choczero's1x melt refund response and blaming the delivery worker is the reason for the Buyer Beware review title. Couldn't give product taste a review because the cups were non-edible.

The only thing I don’t like is that they keep sending me an insulated case with my orders. I don’t want or need that. It’s a waste. I end up throwing it out.
