Concentrix casserole pot, 3-Quart, Silver

Just to clarify, this review is for the Tuxton 3-Quart Stainless Steel Pot. All of the company's products seem to have their reviews grouped together, so I didn't want to cause any confusion with other reviews, since this is the only product from this company that I have tried thus far.Due to some quirk in the ordering process, I ended up getting the wrong item the first time I ordered. However, Amazon quickly sent me a replacement order with the correct item. Once I received the pot I was pretty floored by its quality. This is one of the nicest pieces of cookware I have ever owned. The pot is extremely heavy and very well made as well as attractive. The stainless steel finish is flawless and the glass top with rubber gaskets is a perfect fit. The rivets holding the pot together are very heavy duty and the handles appear to be welded on.The top, glass cover has a removable opening to release steam from the put when it builds up. This is also fitted with a rubber gasket. I'm not sure what type of glass the top lid is made of but it is incredibly heavy and thick, so it should survive very hot temperatures without getting overheated itself. The gaskets make for an absolutely air tight seal of the lid.The pot also comes with a removable accessory that fits inside the pot. There is no mention of it in the manual, but it appears to also be made of heavy duty stainless steel. To be honest, I'm not really sure what it is for. It may be to hold a chicken or other items in place while cooking.All in all, this product definitely exceeds all of my requirements and expectations. I couldn't be happier with it. Especially when you take the price into account, purchasing this should be a no-brainer.

I liked everything about this pot except that it was received with a rather large dent near where the pot meets the stove surface on one side. The dent didn't stop me from being able to use the pot even though it was large enough to be an eyesore due to the fact the non-stick interior didn't seem to be splintering or damaged in spite of the substantial dent. I really like the size and performance of the pot. It transferred heat well and was super easy to clean. The glass vented lid is perfect for the pot.
