I have been wanting to try lifting straps for a while, and finally decided to bite the bullet with these. Every time I lift i always feel like my muscles could hand more if my wrists weren't as weak/unstable, so i really wanted to try wrist straps to see how it would impact my lift. The product itself is of good quality; there were no loose strings or tears and they velcroed strongly. It was very easy to put the straps on; they were easily able to be used without instructions. Using them while lifting was life-changing. I was able to get in a really good lift without having the struggle of my wrists aching or feeling like they were giving out. Overall, these wrist straps are amazing, and I would strongly recommend anyone who lifts.

Expected them to be more conforming to give better support. You can wrap them tightly, but there gaps in the contact points.
