Firstly, I want to give Lex my heartfelt thanks for sending me an arc of this book. I cannot express enough my appreciation to her sweetness and thoughtfulness.Secondly, I want to ask Lex not to take too long in releasing a book! It’s been ages since I read a book of hers and I really miss her writing! No wonder, when the arc landed on my kindle, I immediately dived in and devoured her book like it’s my last meal!Reckless was everything I look forward to a book by hers! It’s funny, genuine, lighthearted and really entertaining! With all the angsty books left and right, it’s definitely like an oasis in the middle of a desert.Tori, who is Kat’s sister from the book Shameless, has a playful nature and I love that about her. She’s good with kids and I love that she cares for her sister so much that she will do anything for her to be near her.Ethan is a single dad that is undergoing a really bad divorce. I love that he’s a responsible dad and that he loves his kids so much, he’s willing to do anything for them so he can save the ranch, the source of their income, which was left by his dad.If this book is a meal, it’s sumptuous enough to be a feast. It has all the flavorful and delicious food for the book-hungry.Single dad, checkAdorable kids, checkAn annoying but really caring brother, check check (By the way, I really want a Logan book! Please make it happen Lex!)A mom who likes to tease, check againAnother protective brother (hi Brady!), check once moreAppearance of a lovable pet, check once againA feisty, funny and super loving heroine a big fat check!What more could you ask for? This book is definitely an enjoyable ride and you’ll absolutely have fun reading this.I love all Lex’s books! I suggest to check out her other books. All of them can be read as standalone. They are worth every penny bec the reading experience is more than pleasant and satisfying.

Wow this was a really good book. First time reading from this author and now my interest is piqued. When is the next book? I hope Logan/Joey have a story next.So about Reckless. I loved the chemistry between Ethan and Tori, extremely believable. The pace of their relationship wasn’t an instalove but didn’t take half the book to go down. Ethan was sweet, hardworking and a great father. However his interactions with his ex grated my nerves, wished he grew some balls earlier on smh. I liked Tori but hoped she had her ish more together. I also thought Tori was a bit overly emotional and at times lacked the backbone to stand up for her self when she was treated unfairly, while she made up for it at the end I wish it happened sooner especially with her Allison and her family. The interactions with Ethan’s kids were super cute, and Logan was a nice addition. The antagonists were justifiably hated, I do wish James got more of a beat down. The character development was ok and the sex on point. sidebar: the shark week scene grossed me out, could’ve done without it, yuck.Outside of some scenes being overly descriptive, making the story longer than necessary (I skimmed through those) this story was nicely written. I definitely recommend this book. I’m looking forward to the next book... Logan?

He never expected Tori to be everything they all needed.A story of rebuilding after your heart has been broken. Being young and making mistakes doesn’t have to define your future. You can re-invent yourself. That’s exactly what Tori does. The self-proclaimed screw up becomes everything this family needs. Ethan made his own mistakes, but hiring Tori was the best decision ever.This story has heart and soul. You’ll get a sexy, single dad who loves his kids and family more than anything. He has no problem delivering the sweet and sexy. Two great kids who provide comic relief. Then an incredible nanny. Tori is loving and thoughtful. She’s hard-working and dedicated. She was just struggling to find her place.She always wanted the fairy tale, but never thought it would happen to her. They both got the fairy tale.

I liked the book . Just the end that it was a little rushed, but I really recommend the book .

Absolutely Amazing.Loved it so much .so romantic. Justice it when it all comes together. Especially when now the kiddies have such a beautiful astronomy thrives them as much as she does their daddy xx

I was thrilled that Lex Martin was releasing Tori's story and boy did she ever deliver.Tori has been burned bad, really bad from her last relationship and has put herself on a break from men. This one hit her hard and tore down all her belief in happy ever after. When she meets a potential boss in the hot and sexy cowboy, Ethan Carter she knows she has to make sure lines don`t get blurred."This is completely unacceptable. I can’t like a man, especially this man. I will not be charmed by Ethan Carter or his big blue eyes and rough edges."Ethan is in the middle of a nasty divorce and all he need is someone to take care of his two children and to help out a little around the house. The last thing he needs is a hot nanny to mess with his head."As I’m walking my mom out, I pause in the doorway to look at my kids, who are playing with Tori like nothing happened. Only one thought comes to mind—thank God she’s here."These two together are all kinds of amazing. You desperately want them to get their HEA but there may only be so many obstacles they can face before they throw in the towel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Not Rocket Science Romance ! Really enjoyable.Easy to read! Great story that with a twist I have not read so far. Both the main characters appealed to me.
