This has been amazing for my sourdough. The loafs come out so beautifully. The bake is even and i get full crisp on the outside and soft on the inside loafs. I bought the 8 inch.

This is well constructed. It is great for making smaller loaves of Dutch oven bread. Works well for stove-top cooking. A unique design on the outside, it could be used as a serving dish.

This Dutch oven is the cutest in my collection but it is a little smaller than expected

I purchased this because I’ve been in my bread baking era and for that I felt a Dutch oven was essential. I’m new to this so I can’t quite tell what makes one $300+ and another $30. This one was incredibly well priced and works exactly as expected. I’ll start by saying my loaf size is perfect in this. It’s not too big or too small. However if you’re using the oven to make soup, stew, etc. then it might not yield high volume. I have also used it for frying a few things and it holds up phenomenally.The product itself is a bit heavier, which I expected since it’s iron, but some may find themselves surprised at that fact.
