We got this for our asd kiddos as school/chore/self-care motivation, it's awesome for that concept. We do however want to lower the price so they don't have to insert as many coins, the listing says it's adjustable but I have no idea how to adjust it. Would love an instructive video

The see through glass looking parts isn’t actually glass, more like a hard clear acrylic but it looks just as good without being fragile.My only complaint is the lack of instructions which led to me struggling to figure out how to open the actual change collecting drawer. You have to remove the entire top of the machine, in order to use the key to unlock the front change part of it.Not gonna lie was close to putting 4 stars because of that but I really like it a lot so 5 stars cuz y’all got lucky I figured it out. lol

The media could not be loaded. There are no directions. So get ready to figure it out or return it if you're lucky. There are two videos that show them jiggle the handle and keys, but the videos show them open nothing and the keys do jiggle- they unlock nothing.Listing says $.25 machine but for us the only way the knob would turn was if you put two quarters in each side- so $1 per toy. Is there a way to change that? Maybe, who knows, there are no directions. The bottom key does nothing but jiggle left to right- opens nothing. You can use the top key to take the entire thing apart (all the balls fall out and the whole thing falls apart) to access the money though. The bottom key to access the money does nothing. You would need to empty the balls out and take it apart to access the money beneath. Our top key is Currently stuck in the machine and cannot be turned left or right, up or down, so we cannot return the item! Sellers are no help except to refer us to the jiggling video. After we used the top key to pull the entire thing apart, filled it with goods and screwed it back on the key is stuck in the machine and we cannot move the key. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY and now we are stuck with it full of our items so how can we return.Save your money but more so your patience. Very upsetting

Arrived way earlier than expected! Great quality. Some things to note: after removing the protective opaque film from the plexiglass, it appeared scratched. But there is actually a second layer of thinner translucent film that can be peeled off! No scratches! (You can remove each piece of glass individually once the lid is off for easier peeling)Another quirk: you must fully unscrew the top lid before you can access the coin catcher in the bottom. I ordered 1.8 inch capsules to go inside and they're the perfect size! I'm overall very happy with the machine and it was a hit at my last art show!

It’s perfect for my vendor events. Took forever to realize I had to screw the entire lock off to open the thing but I did it.

The machine only accepts 4 quarters currently. The description says the coins can be adjusted by the buyer to token or different number of quarters, but there is no instruction on how I can change this. Im stuck as I bought this to change to accept tokens, I reached out to seller and they provide no further information.
