True to size. My tall 18 month old has been wearing the 18 month size for about 3 months (its mid February), and is about to outgrow them, but only in the sleeve length which isnt a big deal so we will likely keep wearing until it's summer. I love the small snap buttons at the neck so I'm not pulling and tugging the shirt over her head, and there's also not a big gappy neckline once I pull it down. I love the neutral colors. I love the materials used, these are super soft and wash/dry well, no shrinkage. I'm a huge fan of Amazon's organic line, I wish I WISH it wasnt going away!! Bring back Amazon Aware, please Amazon! I have bought so many great baby clothes at AMAZING prices! If youre reading this, *Buy These* long sleeves while they are still listed, you won't regret it.

Cogimos la talla para 2 años ya que leímos que eran mas bien pequeñas y perfecto (nuestro bebe tiene 15 meses).Algodón elástico, con cierres clip en el hombro. Muy cómodas. Llevan ya varios lavados y por el momento perfectas. Muy contentos con la compra.

Ordered this for my premie granddaughter and they are soft, cozy and adorable. They seem to run true to size. Highly recommend!
