I have used this product for years and would not live without it. I started using it for allergies, after reading about. Propolis. But unlike most products that only have. Propolis OR Royal Jelly OR Bee Pollen, this has all 3. Not only do I not suffer from seasonal allergies now by taking 4 of these a day, but if I feel a cold or virus coming on, I take a lot more of this supplement each day, and it truly makes it go away so much faster! I had a friend from Brazil and she said it is common practice there and in other parts of the world to use these "bee" ingredients as a powerful antidote and preventative for allergies, viruses, and as a general antioxidant. It works for me!
