Very lightweight and comfortable. Worked really good for night walks.
Pros:1- First off, this head torch is incredibly lightweight. It's a dream for long night walks and those car repair sessions that stretch into the wee hours. Plus, it's super easy to store or put in your backpack or even in the larger pockets of a jacket or coat.2- For someone who regularly walks at night like me, the brightness of this torch is a standout. It's more than sufficient for my needs, casting a wide, bright light that covers a good area in front of me.3- Having a larger head, I often struggle to find head torches that fit well without squeezing too tightly. This one fits the bill perfectly. it is comfortable with no pain, even after extended use. Also, the added layer on the forehead side is a thoughtful touch, especially for someone with a sweaty head like mine.4- It's comfortable and I don't feel any pain from the main part of the torch, unlike the bulkier models that can start to hurt after a while.5- I tested out the motion sensor feature, and it works flawlessly. Really smooth operation without any glitches.6- the flashing function on this torch is extremely bright. It's a great feature for visibility, but it's powerful. So it would work well for cyclists.Cons:1- The only real downside I've noticed is a noise (like electricity) coming from the main part of the torch. It's got me a bit worried about the safety and durability of the built-in 800mAh Li-battery. I think a bit more information on the safety features and battery quality would be reassuring.Do I recommend it?Absolutely, especially for normal use such as walking at night or camping. Overall, I'm really pleased with it. It's made a significant difference in my nightly activities, offering comfort, brightness, and ease of use that stands out from the rest. Just keep that noise issue in mind and maybe look for more info on the battery safety if you're as cautious as I am.

Comfortable and easy to use
This headtorch appears well made, sealed in rubber, and it’s easy to use even without instructions, which are actually not provided. It's great for night walks, especially for my Nordic walking, as I need both hands free for the poles. The cob strip light throws out an amazing amount of light, literally floodlighting the area in front of you. At the side, there is a focused light that’s more like a traditional torch. So, with these two lights, this headtorch solves one of the most common problems of needing either a focused or unfocused light.I like how compact this headtorch is; it fitted easily in my pocket. It has two buttons on the side box. The power button close to the end turns it on or off and cycles through the different light modes. These include the main cob strip full power and reduced power, side torch full power and reduced power. If you press and hold the power button, you get a fast flashing light using both cob strip and side torch, in case you get stranded from your group and need someone to locate you.The other button activates hand control mode (indicated by the mix of red and green light indicator), which gives the ability to turn the light on and off by waving your hand, and it's very helpful as you don’t need to fiddle with the buttons while the torch is on your head. I did not experience any problems with the sensor. Care does need to be taken when around others, though, as the cob light strip could blind or cause discomfort to them. Also, the fast flashing could affect someone who has a problem with strobing lights. The battery lasted for an hour night walk with ease, with no dimming or loss of light. Charging was easy using a type USB-C socket and supplied lead. It was also fast to charge after the walk; there was a red light to indicate charging, which did so in less than an hour, and a green light was shown to indicate charge was complete. In my opinion, this is a very bright, practical, and well-made headtorch that is easily portable and comfortable to wear.

A good head torch, offering a good spread of light and a comfortable fit
The COB light strips are very bendy, the only solid part is the battery / switch / XPE LED light block, which is to the side of your head, the COB strip gives with a very wide spread of light, as the light source wraps round the front of your head.It offers five light patterns – high & low on the COB strip and high and low on the XPE LED, all achieved by cycling through the options on the power button. A long press of the power button gives a flashing COB strip. The COB light on high is good and powerful, giving a wide spread of light, with good range on the XPE light. You have to cycle through the light settings to get to the one you want, unlike some head torches that remember the last setting used. The adjacent button turns the sensor option on and off, which I initially thought was faulty as it did not operate reliably, but then tried it in a completely dark room and it operated far more consistently, so believe it does not work well when you have some residual light from other sources. Other sensor headlights that have tried have operated without back ground light confusing them.It has a comfortable, soft feel band with decent range of adjustment, nice and secure once you get it to the desired level. It comes with a USB C charging cable but not the plug adaptor, fairly normal for this sort of product. Charging was indicated by a red light on the side of the unit, green when fully charged, the same light also switched to a mix of red / green when in sensor mode.A good head torch, offering a good spread of light and a comfortable fit. A good alternative to the traditional type of headlight.
