Great Bottle! How to remove base???
I got this hydrogen water bottle and it works great and the water tastes great! I use Aquafina in it typically and it tastes even better! However…I cannot get the base to unscrew for the life of me and I’m worried about the glass breaking in my hand. I’m a strong man, too. I tried both ways to unscrew it thinking it was perhaps reverse threaded. Nope.

Worked great, for 1 day
Bought this, used it for less than 24 hours and it quit working. Did the troubleshooting, ended up asking for a replacement. The replacement lasted about 10 hours longer than the first and then also quit working. Asked for refund after two of them broke in less than 3 days total time.

Great Hydrogen Water Bottle
The media could not be loaded. My wife and I both use this Hydrogen water bottle daily. We each drink 4 bottles a day of this.

Unable to assemble
Package had been opened and resealed with tape. I was unable to unscrew the glass container from the base.
