I didn't notice any benefit while taking these. If anything, they seemed to have the same effect as a laxative. Not the relief I was seeking. But, they may work for you if you want a probiotic with the added fiber included.

This supplement is made in India. Ingredients are clearly listed on the bottle. None of the listed ingredients raise any red flags. The bottle is small and contains only 30 pills, so depending on how frequently you take this they won't last long. Tastes fine and is easy to swallow. Decent product. I am glad for example that the list of probiotics included covers a nice range of species.
