My partner works a blue collar job and I use a few bento boxes to pack his breakfast and lunch. Despite the boxes compact look and feel, it holds quite a lot of food.The boxes and plastic utensils have survived quite a lot over the last few months with very minor scratches and scuffs. We've not had any leaks from the bento box or the sauce container, and the clips on all the sides keep it fully closed until intentionally opened. Each compartment also keeps things separated nicely, but we've not put any outright liquids directly into the box.The slick plastic of the box and lid itself and the little silicone things/white sauce container is easily washed out with minor effort (even sticky things like peanut butter or syrup come right off). None of the items hold smells, tastes, or stains. There are some grooves that can be a bit tricky to get into, but a simple toothbrush and a few extra seconds makes quick work of any crevices.It's also easy for a small child to open and close (youngest we've had try it is a 4yo). I know some clips or lids can be tricky, but not this one.

Has little sauce box, cup liners, and plenty of room^^ easy to clean! 100% recommend! Its super functional and the money is well worth it! Also super easy to use^^ I love the utensils and everything about it :D

We use these for kid lunches and picnic snacks. The lid stays on tight with no leaks, and the compartments are the perfect size for child’s portions. When I pack sandwiches, no matter how I cut them or which compartment I place the pieces in, the bread always seems to get a little squished by the lid, as the top is indented a bit on the inside. It’s not enough to ruin the food, but it’s definitely annoying, and we’ve purchased this type of container in different brands and haven’t had the same issue. Just something to think about if that’s something that you pack regularly. As a snack box for fruit, veggies and crackers, this container is perfect! I like that this is dishwasher friendly, and that even with the tightly sealed lid, my 4 year old can open and close it without issue.

My teacher friends were jealous when I had a sampling of all kinds of goodies in this box. Also, it has the cutest wooden silverware hidden on top. It is leak proof and a great value for one’s money!

There's something kind of fun about curating cute little work lunches for myself with the bento box. It will leak a bit if it somehow tips to the side and the tiny sauce container doesn't fully seal, so that can be messy if you're not careful. I'm sure there are higher quality options that do a better job at temp control and sealing, but for the price, this works great!
