Loved the experience, isn't wait to play again!

A crunch heavy solo adventure module. I've not gotten into it properly yet but it holds a lot of promise.Pros-Tight structuring means the player does not need to improvise, journal, or 'create' story.-Once you get familiar with the steps/sequences of taking actions there's no heavy lifting for the player to do.-If you want a pure dungeon crawl, this is for you.-Specialisation by combining Masteries (skill trees) to suit your preferred 'class'/play-style.Cons- It could benefit from a flow chart and worked example (these can be searched for online) as the process is a little complicated at first for ENTRER ROOM > TENSION CHECK > ENCOUNTER/COMBAT CHECK > SURPRISE ROLL > ATTACK ROLL > DAMAGE ROLL.- It's a bit sad that as a purely dungeon crawl, you never escape the dungeon.-There's little to no story element here beyond being just a pure dungeon crawl.

Been playing rpgs for over 30 years and this is quality. Rules are simple enough once you're familiar but complex enough to keep you thinking. It's a bargain for how good it is. Love it

Ker Nethalas is a wonderful dark dungeon crawl system that just keeps on giving. Fun but deadly survival dungeon diving that’s makes you want more more more….highly recommend if you dig random created dungeons and some super foes to vanquish or run away from…

The book itself is good quality and contains a lot of info allowing you to dungeon crawl solo. Just add a few dice.

This RPG uses a very straightforward, fast moving game system that is well suited for solitaire play. Don’t know how it would work with a group of players, and some people might not like it lack of a “tactical“ feel. But for a light game, or a game at a con, I think this would be a good choice. Character creation is especially well done and interesting and the premise (trapped in a necropolis) is intriguing.

I have heard nothing but amazing things about this, and when I got it, I was not disappointed. I even went and got the online pdf version and all the other extra source material from online. If you are looking for an all in one Solo RPG, this is the one to get. It's very well written and have speed in mind when thinking of gameplay. You will need a normal set or two of polyhedral dice, as in a set of 7 DnD dice, to play this game effectively because it utilizes a D100 game style, a pencil, eraser and some paper and you are set to go. This is very different from DnD, and plays it's own way, in a grimdark style gameplay, with a different death system and leveling system. There are plenty of spark tables to roll from and build your own story, and dungeon maps. It also has the option for it to play as a co-op which is amazing for those who play RPG's in small groups. Very fun. Lot's of room to homebrew your own ideas too.

Awesome game, complex but very fun and addictive.

The D100 system gives the game the right amount of difficulty with a lot of reward.I particularly appreciate the combat and the feel the necropolis gives the feeling of a dangerous place

Really good game, can be played solo or coop. Has lots of depth and enough complexity to make it interesting and gives it tons of replayability. Includes 20 classes to choose from, from which you choose two. That opens tons of very interesting combinations to try and experiment with.
