It has a couple of rods that you put together and then you slide the banner through. The banner has a cloth like feel that may have some plastic mixed in there and it looks like it will take wind pretty well. It does feel like it could be washable, the pole on the other hand I was a little disappointed with it feels very light and a little flimsy, I’m afraid that if you don’t stake this into the ground very deep that it might catch some wind and fall over so if you do have a very windy area, you may need to make sure you stake it in very deep.It’s nice that it comes with a pouch that you can put everything in and carry. The fabric itself looks like it’s a little bit over 6 feet maybe 6 1/2 and its very visible and a nice bright red, the letters are spaced out in a manner where it’s easily readable. I was just disappointed with the pole that it goes on. It feels flimsy to me. The instructions are not great and are printed on the box with pictures. Regardless of the bad instructions it’s relatively easy to put together since each pole piece only goes into a specific pole. Decent product for the price point.

Actually, I ordered this item so I could purchase the other flags to use with it (hot dogs, hamburgers, tacos, etc.) for our neighborhood summer events. It comes with a nice case to hold it all. I thought the flags might be advertising to encourage all residents to participate in our events.

I purchased this kit really for just the pole and ground stake set as I wanted to get a sign to put up for the farmers markets and swaps to help attract addition customers and I couldn't find the pole set by itself. The pole is fairly sturdy. Unless it's crazy windy, it's stayed in placed without issue. I went online and purchased a different flag to hang on it and that worked out really well for what I was wanting it for. But the flag that came with it looks to be good quality. It's thin, but not overly so. I imagine it could last for a few years before getting worn down and needing to be replaced.

Works good for the money. The locking collar holds nicely so the flag tension stays tight. The material isn’t thick but should be plenty durable. This should hold up fine in high winds. I should be able to get a 2 or 3 years out of this which I think is a good value for the price.There are no instructions which some might find offputting. That said it was easy enough to figure out so I’m not going to dock any stars for this. Yes, I’d recommend this.

Great for a new real estate agent

I ordered the black/red version and everything looks just like I expected it to be. I haven't had the opportunity to actually use it yet, but out of the box I think it will work the way it's supposed to. The sign flag part is large as described, so I'm pretty sure it will grab people's attention and make them notice that there is an open house. And that's exactly what I expected when I ordered this!

The media could not be loaded.  This flag is huge and perfect for my open house. The color is VERY bright, and each letter can be seen and read with no issues. I love how easy it is to carry in the bag, and putting together is no issue. The flag actually clips on the bottom, making sure it won't come apart. The two parts to make the tip are also flexible to help shape the flag. You can see it from pretty far away. And once you're done, you can easily take it apart. Also, the wrinkles aren't a problem, but once they are extended, they will take them out. It is double-sided, but the fabric is thick it doesn't overlap when looking at it. It's perfect!
