The SLICE company promptly mailed me another COMBO TIP TWEEZER, along with a POINTED PRECISION TWEEZER and a SAFETY CUTTER! In all honesty, I have to say that I still don't like the Combo Tip Tweezer: In my experience, it feels bulky and just doesn't to a good job at tweezing. However, I LOVE THE POINTED PRECISION TWEEZERS!! What a difference! This is an excellent tweezer that precisely grabs the hair. The SAFETY CUTTER worked well also! And as I noted in my original review below, the eye pencil sharpener is a 5 star product as well. I also noted on the packaging that this company donates a portion of their profits to charity, which makes me like them all the more.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought these on a whim because I purchased the Slice pencil sharpener (which is pretty and works quite well) and thought that the same quality would translate to the tweezers. BIG MISTAKE! These don't grab any hairs...which is entirely the point?? I would have given no stars, if I could! I tried to return them but was unable to, according to Amazon return policy. I am back to my tried and true Tweezermans, which are the best. If you want tweezers that work well, Tweezerman is the ONLY choice. DON"T BUY THESE!!

I was getting tired of buying all sorts of tweezers (mostly for tiny, ingrown hairs and other fine work) and having them be crappy. Finally, I ordered this one, hoping "you get what you pay for", as they were the most expensive ones I could find.I was uncertain about the "hand filed precision tips" because IMHO a machine would be more accurate.These things are amazing! Reaching the tiniest of broken-off hair stubs with relative ease, and gripping with authority.They are bigger than I had imagined, but that makes them easy to hold onto. The sharp tip works miracles.If you are just looking for eyebrow pluckers and other work which doesn't need to precision tip, save your money, as you can do THAT kind of work with pliers. These are a work of art.

By far the best tweezers I have ever used to weed vinyl signage/emblems. We use them in a manufacturing setting. The wide grip provides comfort when weeding for hours. The curved, pointed tip enables precision and control that is not achieved with long straight tweezers. I make much fewer errors when weeding with these tweezers.My two-year old son lost my original Slice tweezers and I had to use my backup tweezers for a few days. I missed my Slice tweezers greatly and was extremely exited when the replacement arrived in the mail. The Slice was immediately put back into production.These tweezers are more expensive than most tweezers (twice the cost in most cases). However, when working at a fast pace, I could easily ruin $10 in vinyl in an hour with anything less. I highly recommend them for business use.

Too sharp on point,,awkward in hand

I selected these for the grip coating and the sharp slant. Grip coating is great I want it on all my precision tools!! The alignment of the points weren’t as precise as I want and kind of dull. Disappointed.

I love these tweezers. Im on my tenth pair now. Dont drop them. Did i just spell out 10th. ? Hmmm, anyways, I am one of those people who gets everything in my eye. glass, grass, rocks , eyelashes, plastic ... I have no fear digging in to retrieve whatever lands in my eye , Be warned however, if you get too cocky and cozy , depth preception has a funny way of teaching even the most seasoned eye pirates. The eye heals fairly quick , so just go slow remeber , you could literley pull a hair off a fleas behind with these atom grabbers. five stars. 10 ten purchases. 3 eyepatches. pro.

I’ve purchased more than one pair because they seem too soft to hold it’s initial shape alignment. I won’t buy another because the sharp point does not line up after 2-3 uses. Could it be an inferior strength of the stainless steel silver is being used?

There was bit of a learning curve in how to use this, given how surprisingly big it is in person. Once I got over that, it was amazing! The angle is very sharp (the space around my eyes are pretty "round") so it took some getting used to. It grabs hairs very well. These may be the most favorite tweezers I've ever had so far (but I've only used it for a few days, so I can't say for 100% absolute certain).

The tweezers are terrible for $40 I paid for them. Barley get 1 hair out.

Well made tweezers as adept at removing splinters as it is removing ticks. As a furniture maker I keep a pair of these in the shop for those occasions when a splinter needs to be removed - these tweezers have the finest tip I've seen, making splinter removal some. For ticks the slim profile facilitates the removal of the entact tick. A great tool.

Excellent product. My favorite features are the wide tweezer head, which grabs onto the finest of hairs, and the nonslip coating is wonderful. I don't know why more Companies don't do the same thing. Would buy again.

Terrible Tweezers! Very Sharp but hardly grasp the hairs. Slice Label is peeling off and Seller would NOT do anything about it. Waste of Money.
