I got this recently and have been using this twice daily once for heating wrap and once as for icing. When I ordered it, after using something similar at my physio therapist, I did not realize it was for both heating and chilling. Only when I got it and read through the literature, did I learn that. And that really doubled its value for me. I have plantar Fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis and used to find heating pads and icing process quite cumbersome. This has made both those tasks a breeze. It is worth way more than what I paid for it.I love it because1. It is made of good sturdy material, not something cheap and flimsy.2. It is easy to use both for heating and icing.3. It is ample sized in spite of just being Medium and will surely fit feet even larger than mine.4. The band/tape to tie it round the foot is also large enough to go around more than twice and makes it easy to secure it in place either above the ankle or at mid foot.5. The velcro is strong and does not come off midway.6. It heats up in 30 seconds in microwave. I have to wear a long sock to save my skin from the heat.7. Very thoughtful of the manufacturer to send a good quality large plastic closeable bag to use when it is placed in the freezer.8. I use it as a heating pad either morning or night and then place it in the plastic bag in my freezer to use it to chill my feet later on. Both ways it works beautifully.

Great design, convenient and easy to use. Maintains temperature, sturdy and is comfortable.I sprained my right ankle and need a cold Wrap quickly. I ordered this for same day delivery. Prior to receiving I was wrapping my ankle with an ice pack and elastic bandage wrap. This process was challenging as I had limited flexibility due to my injury. It took me 5-10 minutes to wrap. Having this product reduced the effort and time it took to “wrap” Less than 1 minute.It works as described. Highly recommend

I really like the ankle ice pack wrap. They really helped relieve the pain of the plantar fasciitis. I just had trouble keeping them wrapped around my foot. I tried numerous ways.

This ice pack is very well constructed, ices well, and so convenient to wrap around the heel and midfoot. It stays cold and comfortable for 30 min or so. It is nice of the vendor to include a food grade plastic bag to store it in the freezer. I follow the vendor's advice and wear a light sock to protect the skin.

I have a painful spur on the back of my heel. This has brought SO much comfort. I've gotten 3 different cold packs, this is the winner! The way it fits and the velcro strap keeps it in place where you need it. Stayed cold a long time. Tried it from the freezer and that was mighty painful for me so I keep in the fridge and use most every night. It also comes with a pouch so your fridge smells don't get on it or visa-versa. Love it!

This pack is great! I had an ankle surgery where they had to detach and re-attach my Achilles tendon and after I was able to start putting weight on it, ice packs were 100% needed to help with the swelling. This gel ice wrap is great!It stays cold for the 20 minutes I need to keep it on my ankle, it's comfortable, and it not only wraps around my entire ankle, it also has gel on the bottom so the bottom of my heel is also cooled. I do recommend wearing a sock under it (the video shows bare feet, but that was too intense for me.) I bought two of them to be able to swap them out and I can't be happier!I will say that they do start to loose their intense cold after the 20 minute mark, but I don't mind it as I can kind of put it on and forget it when I'm working without worrying about freezing my foot.

I like the design. Very easy to put on and stays secure with Velcro strap. I have two complaints. I’d like it to stay colder for longer. It lasts for about 30 mins after a full night in the freezer. If you want to use it multiple times a day (every 4 hours) you’ll have maybe 10 mins of cold. Also there is not enough cold gel for the bottom of the foot. I bought for plantar fasciitis so I wish that area had more cold gel. It is more focus on the ankle area. All in all a good buy.

This thing is awesome. I have an ATFL tear and a Deltoid injury so I need to be able to ice opposite sides of my ankle and the long rectangular icepack I bought just doesn't quite cover without constantly moving back and forth to pain areas. I got this on a whim and it's perfect. The shape of it wraps around the entire ankle and heel. The gel might've settled into one side when you first receive it (as mine had) but you can squeeze it back into even distribution easily and you may need to massage the rigidity out of it after the first freeze. There's no fabric padding or anything so you'll want to put a few extra fuzzy socks on or wrap your ankle in a towel, but the 360 coverage is amazing at cooling the whole ankle area. My only criticism is that the elastic band is super stretchy so it requires care to get it looped around tightly, but this doesn't detract from it as far as I'm concerned. Recommended for any ankle or heel pain, less so for the arch or bridge of the foot.

This ice pack stays super cold and is well made and feels quite durable. I love everything about this, how it cups your heel and goes all the way around your ankle nicely as well as the strap you can use to keep it securely in place! I liked it so much I went and bought a second one. I would definitely buy from this manufacturer again!

This is a little cumbersome/sloppy for moving around but works well when elevating foot while seated... easy to put an extra gel pack between the wrap and foot/ankle to keep things cool a little longer.

Not only do I use it for my foot, it is perfect for your knee also and the elastic velcro band keeps it all in place.I love it, thinking of buying another one.
