A good replacement and stopped me having to replace the whole light
I was more used to the other style of starter - the cartridge ones you push in and turn - but was reluctant to replace the whole light that had failed so decided to give this a go. Works perfectly - even seems to have made the light brighter somehow. Fiddly to install, so do make sure you take a picture/video of the old installation so you know you're putting the wires into the right places. This unit was a bit longer than the old one, but there's plenty of room in the light casing to accommodate it.

Light is still working
Brought as second replacement and the first replacement from a local store failed after a month, seven months on all good so far, winter is the tester as it was used in my workshop.

Went by the one I had and when the new one arrived it didn't fit .too big

Good product and price but it took an age to arrive - which I’m going to put down to Post Office industrial action.

I bought these to replace the original Philips version which were rubbish and stopped working after a few months.
