I have had a few similar products over the years, this is the best one I've had though. Impressed after a few exercises. Definetely recommend

This is a three pack of jaw trainers, I found this product incredibly frustrating. There are three jaw trainers (which it states as beginner, intermediate and advanced).The only instructions at all are on the box and are about setting the jaw trainers by putting in boiling water, then biting down, then setting in cold water to preserve the mould. However the exercise proved totally pointless and had no effect – there was no change on the shape when biting on the strip as directed. I did this multiple times with no effect.Then there are no instructions at all apart from the statement on the product page to use for 10 minutes a day, so I spent some time searching similar products to work out what you are meant to do for those 10 minutes. It seems like the differences are about resistance in the different jaw trainers and you are meant to chew with them to exercise the muscles biting on the clear plastic strip. However, the strip keeps coming free from the jaw trainer itself as it is only extremely loosely attached to the trainer.For me the exercise was fruitless and pointless. I was disappointed as I really wanted to use a product that exercised these muscles.

Didn't get a lot of instructions with these. The instruction included were about putting these in boiling water and then biting down to mold it which I struggled a little with. I'm not giving up though. I'd never heard of these before and really want to see if they will have any affect. Each one comes with a case to put it in and they are different strengths. The beginner one is a little tough but I'm guessing that's to be expected if you've never used these before! Probably working muscles you don't usually work that much. Definitly worth a try.

In the short time I’ve had these jaw-training gadgets, I cannot really assess how effective they are, as I’m not seeing any appreciable difference yet. However I feel like there’s something happening, much the same way you can feel the changes/benefits of any exercise before you can see it, so I’m keeping optimistic. The little jaw-trainers seem well-made, and are nicely boxed. I would’ve liked lengthier clearer instructions.

I had high hopes for this set, but it's been nothing but frustrating. The instructions were pretty vague, just mentioning something about boiling, biting, and cooling, but the whole exercise felt useless. I didn't notice any changes no matter how many times I tried.To make things worse, there were no clear guidelines on how to use them properly, just a note to use them for 10 minutes daily. I had to dig around online to figure it out. The resistance levels seemed promising, but the plastic strip kept falling off, making it hard to get any real workout. Overall, I'd say skip these they're more trouble than they're worth.

Great jaw work out. There are different difficulty levels, blue being the easiest and then working up towards black which is the hardest. For those with weak jaws and chins, or someone recovering from surgery, these are good to activate face muscles and increase definition in the face.

Good stuff, feels like a good material. Very easy to use, waiting for affects. So far happy with this product
