My doctor put me on the paleo diet for inflamation because all of my pain.I decided to add chia seeds & flax seeds because of the protein. Also eatting the paleo way it's all gutt Healthy. Have chia & flax seeds regulate your bowel movements. Sounds silly but I was going 2x a wk. Now I go 1 to 3x a day. Everything I just said here is gut Healthy & works together beautifully. If you want a healthy gut get the seeds
